I went with my 90 year old mother to an appointment. Arrived early. 20 minutes after my appointment time I asked the receptionist when will we be seen since I took time from work to accompany my mother. She said "Shortly". A few minutes later comes and say it will be another 30 minutes (which usually means 45). I told her that was unacceptable at all levels. I had the pleasure of taking my mother for hearing aids today. Gina Aguilar was the Hearing Aid Specialist who took care of her. She was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend HearUSA for anyone needing hearing aids. Everything is done the same day.
