I brought in my 89-year-old home-bound mother’s hearing aids as one of them wasn’t working. Samantha was tremendously helpful as she diagnosed and resolved the problem while we waited. My parent’s chose this office for their service and respectful treatment of the elderly population. I am beyond thrilled with Samantha’s customer service. Thank you so much for helping my mother to be able to hear again in both ears!

Elle is fabulous. She understands my needs and always explains everything thoroughly. She is friendly and exudes a very positive attitude. Her receptionist is very helpful and gracious in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this office.
