Dr. Michelle is an excellent audiologist.She explained all the details about the audio test, the hearing aids and very proactive in all my concerns and problems. The hearing aid turned out beyond my expectations. I can hear!
I had a hearing test today with HearUSA and the audiologist was very professional and pleasant, and conducted a thorough test. She then explained the results and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also helped me to make sure my hearing aids were comfortable and functioning properly.

Really appreciate the care Dr Michelle took with my mom. In addition to having hearing loss she is legally blind so it took a little more effort to get the right hearing aids for her. Everything was carefully explained to us and we left feeling confident that mom would be able to handle the aids on her own. Thanks for everything you did.
