I have been going to Hear USA in Lighthouse Point for many years assisting my parents and they have had wonderful experiences there. I myself was ready for my first hearing test recently and I would recommend Dr Wagner and the folks there to everyone. Kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and super helping with hearing aides and everything. I learned more about hearing than never expected! Highly recommend this office if you are considering hearing aids. They are caring, bright, charming and committed to your success. Andrew takes the time to explain everything and welcomes any and all questions. When we had minor issues after we received our hearing aids, he was very interested in offering solutions and making sure they issues were resolved. Very happy with the service provided by this office from Joan and Andrew.

I highly recommend HearUSA in Lighthouse Point. Dr Wagner and his assistant Joan are really awesome. This is my second time using them for my hearing aids. Dr. Andrew Wagner and Office Manager, Joanie are wonderful, thoughtful, and caring people, who make their patients feel like family. They're personable and inviting. Their professional approach to a patient's needs exceeds healthcare standards. Personally, I can't imagine going elsewhere for my audiological needs. Their approach to issues is systematic and they explore all possibilities in an effort to resolve or improve a patient's hearing disorders.
