Wow what a great experience! From walking in and meeting Joan to meeting Andrew ( the Dr. ) was very pleasant. I brought my daughter with me and while he was doing the test for my ears he explained everything to my 11 year old daughter as I was in the sound booth and could not hear anything outside of it. After the testing we went into his office where he explained the results to me, he continued to teach my daughter about how the ear works. Highly recommend this office if you are considering hearing aids. They are caring, bright, charming and committed to your success. Andrew takes the time to explain everything and welcomes any and all questions. When we had minor issues after we received our hearing aids, he was very interested in offering solutions and making sure they issues were resolved. Very happy with the service provided by this office from Joan and Andrew.

I have been going to Hear USA in Lighthouse Point for many years assisting my parents and they have had wonderful experiences there. I myself was ready for my first hearing test recently and I would recommend Dr Wagner and the folks there to everyone.
