Extremely long wait for appointment and poor support. I had a malfunctioning hearing aid and was told the next appointment would be over a month away.! When I came in person, the office, like usual, nearly empty, but I still had to beg to be seen. The audiologist Michelle quickly diagnosed a broken latch- but the repair will take more than month, and no temporary replacement was offered. purchased I purchased a hearing aid from this office. Three years have passed, the left earbud is broken. The right one worked, but before entering the office, something happened. Maybe the Wi-Fi was disconnected. I checked, asked for both earbuds. After checking my account, they told me that the warranty had expired, and if it needed to be repaired, then I had to deal with it. I purchased a Signia hearing from this place about 5 years ago . I did not use the hearing aids after awhile and the hearing aid does not charge . I have to start using it a hewing , I went there and I told them my Signia hearing device does not charge and my health insurance does not cover it . I asked if they can get it fixed . The answer was that since I no longer warranty they can’t help me and I have to buy a new one which is from $2200 to $5500 . I left the place and all they want to do sell new heating aid
