I purchased a Signia hearing from this place about 5 years ago . I did not use the hearing aids after awhile and the hearing aid does not charge . I have to start using it a hewing , I went there and I told them my Signia hearing device does not charge and my health insurance does not cover it . I asked if they can get it fixed . The answer was that since I no longer warranty they can’t help me and I have to buy a new one which is from $2200 to $5500 . I left the place and all they want to do sell new heating aid
Receptionist and audiologist are both Very kind and helpful, highly professional and highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it.
