I purchased a Signia hearing from this place about 5 years ago . I did not use the hearing aids after awhile and the hearing aid does not charge . I have to start using it a hewing , I went there and I told them my Signia hearing device does not charge and my health insurance does not cover it . I asked if they can get it fixed . The answer was that since I no longer warranty they can’t help me and I have to buy a new one which is from $2200 to $5500 . I left the place and all they want to do sell new heating aid
It was an interesting learning experience. Other than that the Doctor was patient and took time to explain this new product that I feel comfortable with. Thank you for your patience, again.
The stuff was very friendly. I had a problem and the urgent appointment was scheduled for the next day. Dr. Jennifer CAMPOLO was professional and helpful. I received all my expectations and appreciate it very much.

Good afternoon Your patient Roman Serebryanik, today 07/24/2024, was in your office. This was not a planned visit! His hearing aid stopped working well again, even though it had recently been repaired for more than ten days at the factory. After the repair, it worked fine for a while, but then the problems started again!
