My mom just received her hearing aid. It works perfectly. She can now hold a conversation without asking someone 2 repeat what they said. The dr was thorough. She received the hearing aid quickly. Fantastic Experience! They worked diligently with my grandmother's insurance to get her hearing aid approved. All the staff is extremely friendly. Front office staff (Rose and Tanya) were just excellent, responsive and very accommodating to her. I highly recommend.
