Fantastic Experience! They worked diligently with my grandmother's insurance to get her hearing aid approved. All the staff is extremely friendly. Front office staff (Rose and Tanya) were just excellent, responsive and very accommodating to her. I highly recommend.
Place is well kept and welcoming. Appointment time was maintained. Staff especially Aimee (I think that was her name) solved my situation after listening to my explanation.

Extremely long wait for appointment and poor support. I had a malfunctioning hearing aid and was told the next appointment would be over a month away.! When I came in person, the office, like usual, nearly empty, but I still had to beg to be seen. The audiologist Michelle quickly diagnosed a broken latch- but the repair will take more than month, and no temporary replacement was offered.
