Extremely long wait for appointment and poor support. I had a malfunctioning hearing aid and was told the next appointment would be over a month away.! When I came in person, the office, like usual, nearly empty, but I still had to beg to be seen. The audiologist Michelle quickly diagnosed a broken latch- but the repair will take more than month, and no temporary replacement was offered. purchased I purchased a hearing aid from this office. Three years have passed, the left earbud is broken. The right one worked, but before entering the office, something happened. Maybe the Wi-Fi was disconnected. I checked, asked for both earbuds. After checking my account, they told me that the warranty had expired, and if it needed to be repaired, then I had to deal with it.
