I felt comfortable with in minutes of entering Matt's office. He did a really good hearing test today. He said I needed hearing aids on both sides but my insurance wouldn't pay for my left side. Saying it wasn't bad enough to be covered. He said to let him work on it that it might take a week or two to try and get my insurance to cover both. He called me just before 5:00. He said someone was looking out for me besides just him because usually it takes a week.
I was treated very well. I needed a recharger for my hearing aids and they provided one. it took 3 days to get it. I didn't pick it up until I was able to get a ride which was 5 days later. Good service right on time
It was fun although, I'm still deaf..ish. I got good news when I was able to distinguish words and got A's on 2 tests. Nothing could be finer
I am very pleased with Hear USA. I went down just to check them out as I was having trouble hearing and understanding with my phone. I was thinking it was a phone problem, and here it was the hearing aids. The problem was big for me, but she took care of it so fast. I was really surprised. I get such great service when I go there.
The staff was especially helpful to me. I appreciated the professionalism and the courtesy they offered me. I definitely recommend them to anyone they know what they’re doing.
