Made the mistake of buying a Signia hearing aid here , 1 year 10 days ago. Last month have had problems. Today I took it in as it was dead, Mathew said its ear wax , Dr looked at ears says no. he says the aid is fine it’s as dead as his poor service, refuses to send it in, wants me to come back in a week for hearing test.
