I had a wonderful experience with Mathew at the office. He informed me on matters I was not aware of and examined my hearing to see if there was any hearing loss. He provided the material I need and I left well please. It was a pleasure visitation

I feel so much more confident wearing my hearing aids. I appreciate everything about my visit today. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I was explained how to operate my hearing aids and explained about my hearing test. Everything was informative and professional. Thank you so much

This was a follow up appointment after having new hearing aids for 3 months. I had a list of questions and Mathew answered each one in a manner I could understand. One issue was the left aid would spontaneously shut off while wearing. Mathew knew of this issue and installed a firmware update to fix it. All in all, very happy with the support and the hearing aids they recommended for me. Thanks!

I felt comfortable with in minutes of entering Matt's office. He did a really good hearing test today. He said I needed hearing aids on both sides but my insurance wouldn't pay for my left side. Saying it wasn't bad enough to be covered. He said to let him work on it that it might take a week or two to try and get my insurance to cover both. He called me just before 5:00. He said someone was looking out for me besides just him because usually it takes a week.
