I recently purchased my 2nd pair of Hearing aids with Dawn Appontee (spelling ?) with HEAR USA. Both experiences were informative and productive. The staff at this location has always been helpful and pleasant. Mrs. Appontee obviously knows her product and works to make sure that they are optimized to do the best job for her customer. I have been going to HearUSA for many years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say about them. Always help me with whatever I need. Dawn is amazing just got a new pair of hearing aids and I absolutely love them. Never had a bad experience with them.

Julia, in the New Port Richey, Florida store, is an absolutely wonderful service tech. She is very knowledgeable, and her kindness is beyond compare. She also is a good teacher, and I learn a little bit more about my hearing aids every visit. I’m 70, so I don’t get the tech knowledge all in one visit. It takes a while to sink in. Julie does this with patience and a good spirit.
