Very nice experience! I took my mom there, and Dawn is the the BEST! She is very professional; she really knows her stuff. As it turns out, my mom has more than just the problem of needing a hearing aide; she showed us a deeper problem to solve first. Now, I don't know all other hearing aide Doctors; they could of just sold us a hearing aide and blah blahed it BUT NOT DAWN! She gave the best professional advice for the patient. Great Dr. and Audiologist. He gave me a lot of good information and was extremely helpful. Dawn was also great in doing the exam determining what I need and familiarizing me with my new hearing aids. Good experience
I highly recommend Hear USA. I’ve been a customer for many years and have only good words for them. The staff are always polite and courteous. Kudos to Dawn Aponte for her skill and knowledge and always finding solutions for any problems and I sincerely appreciate her.
Dawn was wonderful, she knew her job and was very knowledgeable, courteous and just overall made my first experience with hearing aides a pleasure!
Excellent staff! Very patient & helpful, I just got a set of hearing aids& charger warranted after 2 years , that’s how a business is supposed to run , very impressive!! I won’t do business with anyone else
