Excellent staff! Very patient & helpful, I just got a set of hearing aids& charger warranted after 2 years , that’s how a business is supposed to run , very impressive!! I won’t do business with anyone else
Thus far my visit was great. I really like the lady who did my hearing test. I will be getting new aids in about 3 weeks so I will know more at that time but the lady was very nice and friendly and treated us very well.
I recently purchased my 2nd pair of Hearing aids with Dawn Appontee (spelling ?) with HEAR USA. Both experiences were informative and productive. The staff at this location has always been helpful and pleasant. Mrs. Appontee obviously knows her product and works to make sure that they are optimized to do the best job for her customer. Recently had a repair done at the New Port Richey, FL location and they quickly fixed my hearing aid and provided great service. Highly recommend!
I was very comfortable with Dawn and she explained to me that technically it was my error that the hearing aids were not working correctly. But she did it so sweetly and the girl at the front desk was so nice too.
