I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. I really appreciate the kind woman that helped me with the hearing tests and with fitting my hearing aids. I haven't been able to hear very well for about 18 years. So when I was actually able to hear with the hearing aids I started to cry. It just hit me because no more insecurity of talking to people in public and not being able to hear them and no more asking them to repeat themselves. Hear USA was awesome. Great front end staff they were very helpful. My doctor performed my test and gave me immediate results and prescription hearing aids on the spot.Im looking forward to picking them up this week. Very nice experience! I took my mom there, and Dawn is the the BEST! She is very professional; she really knows her stuff. As it turns out, my mom has more than just the problem of needing a hearing aide; she showed us a deeper problem to solve first. Now, I don't know all other hearing aide Doctors; they could of just sold us a hearing aide and blah blahed it BUT NOT DAWN! She gave the best professional advice for the patient. I highly recommend Hear USA. I’ve been a customer for many years and have only good words for them. The staff are always polite and courteous. Kudos to Dawn Aponte for her skill and knowledge and always finding solutions for any problems and I sincerely appreciate her.
I loved everyone I had contact with! It's absolutely a great place to go for any hearing problems you might have!
