This was my first time at HearUSA and I will recommend anyone to go there. Love the attitude and smiles you receive when you walk in. They made me feel at ease. And Dawn is the best. I was very nervous going in and she made me feel at ease and helped get through my nervousness. Her smile is contagious and she is so friendly. Amazing person and so is the rest of the staff there. I really like that she went over every aspect of the hearing aids with me. Thank you Dawn for everything.
Dawn is very good had some funky stuff going on with my hearing aids and she cleaned them along with my charger also updated the software on both also tuned the aids to better fit my needs
Wished I found them first. But I am here now and love the place and the people who work their. Had some issues with my new aids not staying put and they were so great to do what is needed for you to hear again and it fit right.
The staff and specifically the audiologist, Dawn Aponte, were fantastic. I'd seen several audiologists before going to your office in New Port Richey and felt that that they were not serving my best interest. Ms. Aponte, in contrast, far exceeded my expectations. She explained the tests that she performed in terms that were clear. She covered the results of the tests. She explained all of the options that were available in hearing aids. Definitely worth going to Hear USA.to get your hearing tested. It's a very professional office. Most of all everyone in the office are really so nice. .
