Seeing Dr. Santiago was a good experience she explained everything so we would understand. And she was very nice and polite. But our main concern is that there is no one to answer the phone Before I could get an appointment. I left several messages and no called me back for 2 weeks. And after I made an appointment I still could not get a call back. On the day of appointments I was there and no one had still not called me back. Don't like that service.
Easy to find, park right beside the office--great start! Friendly staff, clean spacious offices. Examiner has widespread knowledge about ears and hearing with a wonderful personality. Enjoyable visit to the "doctor".
Warm friendly reception and quick service. The doctor was very nice and helpful making sure the patient understood everything. She took time to demonstrate and make sure the patient could work his new hearing aids. Plus she allowed all the time needed and we never felt rushed.
I had no appointment, but was waited on immediatly. She updated my hearing aids on the app and adjusted my hearing aids. Now I can hear more clearly and really appreciated their help.
The appointment was for my mother, 92 yrs. On time, professional. Ms. Rosario, audiologist, great! Very professional, took her time making sure a person of that age could understand all. Thank you.
