I have been going to this location since 2020 I will like to state that Ms./Mrs. Santiago and all the other ladies are truly courteous and professional. They treat you with dignity and respect. They help everyone and are truly a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them 1000%. You will not find more helpful, courteous and kind human beings anywhere! My test results were never sent to my doctor. I was at the medical appointment, and the doctor didn't have them, so I had to search for them in my car at hearUsa, but they were closed for lunch time. They are irresponsible
Took my elderly mother here and was very pleased with the service that Dr. Santiago provided! She attended to my mother with care and patience and took the time to fully explain her options for obtaining hearing aids as well as financing them. Would absolutely recommend to others!
The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional! Mirla was very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule and was very thorough in explaining all the features of my hearing aids. My experience with this office was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Great staff. Dr Marla is very courteous and made me feel like family. I like that they followed through on getting my hearing buds replaced when discovered that they were defective.
