The person helping me was very pleasant, knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly. She knew exactly what caused it and resolved it immediately. I was VERY pleased by the treatment I received by all those I had contact with in this office.
Dr. Kelly and Jessica are professional and kind. They listen to my needs. I always feel they care deeply. I used to go to another hearing care center near their. They were professional, but cold and rigid in their handling of patients. That office was a stark contrast to Dr. Kelly and Jessica. I can't say enough about how great Dr. Kelly and Jessica are.
The staff at the webster ny location were friendly and knowledgeable. I received my new aids in a timely matter. The doctor took the time to make sure I was comfortable and able to use my new equipment efficiently before I left. I never felt rushed. I am truly grateful for everything they did throughout the entire process. They treat you like a part of their family. I can't recommend them enough.
Dr. Kelly and Jessica are very welcoming and very professional. Dr. Kelly has treated me for over two years and in my opinion, she is the best audiologist I have ever worked with.
