Dr. Kelly and Jessica are professional and kind. They listen to my needs. I always feel they care deeply. I used to go to another hearing care center near their. They were professional, but cold and rigid in their handling of patients. That office was a stark contrast to Dr. Kelly and Jessica. I can't say enough about how great Dr. Kelly and Jessica are.
Dr. Kelly and Jessica are very welcoming and very professional. Dr. Kelly has treated me for over two years and in my opinion, she is the best audiologist I have ever worked with.
The wire broke on my hearing aid and I went there the same day, Hear USA, to get it repaired. Five minutes after I arrived my hearing aids were repaired and back in service. Excellent customer service. This is the second time that I had a wire break only this time it must've been internal because I didn't notice it except for my hearing aid was no longer functional. Same great service same friendly people.
The person helping me was very pleasant, knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly. She knew exactly what caused it and resolved it immediately. I was VERY pleased by the treatment I received by all those I had contact with in this office.
