Communication is a huge issue here. Multiple voicemails and emails to them went unanswered. When I realized I didn’t get a confirmation text prior to an appointment, I called and they said they called me the day before to cancel because the provider was sick. I absolutely did not receive a call or voicemail. The actual provider’s service was fine, and I appreciate they work with my insurance, but I had to be absolutely on top of them regarding appointments.
