The audiologist was superb. After a test and a discussion on what was possible for me, he actually told me that it would be unethical for him to order the hearing aids that Hear USA carries because I already own and use several Phonac devices and they would not work with my devices. So I booked another appointment with an an audiologist that carries Phonac.
Very professional. Hearing aids are very expensive. These are prescription grade hearing aids at about 1/2 the typical selling price of those. They recognize your own voice and decrease its sound. I would have kept them except I found Jabra for much less and just as good.
Excellent experience! Hearing aids are light, comfortable, works with glasses, hard to see, and improved my quality of life immediately.
Not happy with the hearing aids I bought. I am only wearing one of them. Using my old hearing aid in the other ear. I will hopefully request a refund for I one hearing aid--the one I am not using.
I was looking for an audiologist who could deal in Signia hearing aids and I found him : Joseph Greaney, Aud. Mission accomplished. I will check in with him annually or whenever an issue arises.
