I needed to have my Signia rechargable hearing aids recalibrated to my Android phone. I had tried following the directions on the app but it didn't work. I made an appointment with HEAR USA in Arlington. Joe worked his magic, knowing the technology better than I. But they wouldn't calibrate no matter what. It didn't look good. Then we reinstalled the app & he perservered &, voila! My phone & my hearing aids were in synch! I can make changes to the volume & environment thru my phone & my hearing aids work again!
