Communication is a huge issue here. Multiple voicemails and emails to them went unanswered. When I realized I didn’t get a confirmation text prior to an appointment, I called and they said they called me the day before to cancel because the provider was sick. I absolutely did not receive a call or voicemail. The actual provider’s service was fine, and I appreciate they work with my insurance, but I had to be absolutely on top of them regarding appointments.

The audiologist was superb. After a test and a discussion on what was possible for me, he actually told me that it would be unethical for him to order the hearing aids that Hear USA carries because I already own and use several Phonac devices and they would not work with my devices. So I booked another appointment with an an audiologist that carries Phonac.

Great experience and service! I'm very pleased with my new hearing aids. They are easy to use and easy to adjust when I'm in different situations. Joseph answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to care for my hearing aids.
