The audiologist was superb. After a test and a discussion on what was possible for me, he actually told me that it would be unethical for him to order the hearing aids that Hear USA carries because I already own and use several Phonac devices and they would not work with my devices. So I booked another appointment with an an audiologist that carries Phonac.
Not happy with the hearing aids I bought. I am only wearing one of them. Using my old hearing aid in the other ear. I will hopefully request a refund for I one hearing aid--the one I am not using.
