Had a great experience at HearUSA. Love my new hearing aids. Didn’t know what I was missing. One item to bring up, they didn’t have me come in early to do paperwork. This would have been a good idea.
Walk-in unannounced for repairs. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Only waited 10 minutes before being processed. Tech knew me by name without prompting. Expected to send hearing aids to company for repairs, but they resolved with a firmware update, and assisted me with phone set up. Completed in 20 minutes total. Very pleased!!!
First time customer. Was very pleased with the information I was given and the explanations to my concerns and questions. Not a "hard sell", just great communication. I enede up buyng hearing aids and they were ser up with Millie going through all the steps one at a time, making sure I understood the features and how everything worked. Excellent customer service!
