I had A great experience from hear com. My intake prior to my meeting with the audiologist was complete and thoroughly informed me of what to expect during my visit. The hearing aids I wish to try were delivered prior to my visit. All the personnel that work at the nob hill rd office In plantation are extremely professional and helpful in solving your particular hearing issue. This was my particular experience yesterday and every other encounter I have had there. I highly recommend
Poor customer service. My mother went to this location for assistance with hearing aids she previously purchased there. The representative looked up at her and went back to what she was doing. After 15-mins of waiting without anyone acknowledging her, she decided to leave.
