I had accompanied by elderly father to HEAR USA in Plantation and Mildred Hmila was very thorough, kind and helpful! She made sure that my father left hearing clearly and comfortable with his new devise. She had the patience and courtesy that he needed. Thanks Mildred!
I needed help with my hearing aids and there wasn't an appointment available soon when I called. However they told me to stop by when I could and they would take a look at them. Well I did and in 30 minutes my hearing aid was fixed and I was out the door. The team at the Nob Hill Sunrise FL location is TOP NOTCH! Love them!

The representative was very patient and attentive in assisting me to choose the new hearing aide. She carefully explained all the pros and cons, which made the experience much better.
