The new hearing aid professional, Rachel S., is great. She has really turned around my opinion of the HearUSA. She shows a high level of expertise with the hearing aids in fine-tuning their use to my personal needs and she explains matters in terms I can understand. As long as she is there, I will keep going to see her.

After trying over a dozen times to get Costco hearing aids to work....I had given up. Tried again here v and was fit on the first visit and wear them every day. Rachael is competent and helpful.

Rachel S. is knowledgeable, competent, caring and patient. She didn't stint on time to explain procedures during the hearing test and potential solutions afterwards. her flawless diction allowed me to understand every word. I am very happy that she is the new audiologist at this location and hope she stays!

Very thorough, professional and a pleasure. I tried another audiologist then had the Costco experience. Until this visit, Costco was the most thorough and scientific. Costco was very, very good but Rachel Sours at HearUSA was a real step up. I’ll buy with confidence now. Thank you.

Rachel was thorough, very kind, and patient through testing, fitting, and programming. This is the beginning of my 4th year with HearUSA, so I was retested and provided with hearing aid replacements. I now hear better than I did with my older hearing aids.
