We took an 89 year old female with Alzheimer's to get replacement hearing aids. The staff and audiologist was very patient and attentive to ensure she would understand how they look and how they work. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, and good experience. Went to office for a hearing aid solution. They offered only one device alternative, that for my case needs equalization, as my hearing loss is very bad. Would not ever go to a provider that only offers one brand and one solution.
I was impressed with the amount of knowledge shared regarding wearing and maintaining hearing aids. I felt comfortable talking with George Young and I look forward to using the aids and improving my hearing.
went in twice - once for a dirty micrphone and once for a detached speaker. both times it was fixed in 5 minutes with no appt. fantastic service!
