Very thorough, professional and a pleasure. I tried another audiologist then had the Costco experience. Until this visit, Costco was the most thorough and scientific. Costco was very, very good but Rachel Sours at HearUSA was a real step up. I’ll buy with confidence now. Thank you.

Rachel S. is knowledgeable, competent, caring and patient. She didn't stint on time to explain procedures during the hearing test and potential solutions afterwards. her flawless diction allowed me to understand every word. I am very happy that she is the new audiologist at this location and hope she stays!

Rachel was thorough, very kind, and patient through testing, fitting, and programming. This is the beginning of my 4th year with HearUSA, so I was retested and provided with hearing aid replacements. I now hear better than I did with my older hearing aids.

You have a wonderful product. Because of time down from work (5 months), due to open heart surgery I am unable to pay so high a price. I will eventually get back on top of things and maybe able to afford these aids in the future. The audiologist did a great job. Thanks for letting me try them out. Tim Adams

We took an 89 year old female with Alzheimer's to get replacement hearing aids. The staff and audiologist was very patient and attentive to ensure she would understand how they look and how they work. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, and good experience.
