The whole process from testing my hearing to fitting hearing aids for me was made very easy by Elizabeth Perry.. She is very patient and calm. I have had trouble getting my aids on properly and Ms Perry was patient and made an adjustment that made it easier to get them on.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. I had an annual hearing check up, which was performed on time and with professionalism. I’m extremely happy with my hearing aids and the great service I’ve received from Michelle and Elizabeth Perry, BA. I recommend HearUSA for all your hearing needs!
Liz and Michelle are wonderful to work with. I'm having a real horrible time getting used to these but Liz is really helping me trying to fine tune them and I hope I get where I can at least stand them even if I don't like them
Very professional hearing aid office. Michelle and Elizabeth are both very helpful. Elizabeth gave a very thorough hearing test and explained the results. I picked up my new hearing aids the next day and I’m pleased with them. Great return policy and local service. What more could you ask for? August update: One of my hearing aids quit working. They got me in the next day and Crystal solved the problem quickly! Along with Michelle and Elizabeth, this is a good team!
The most extensive and professional hearing exam I'm\ve ever had. Very competant and personable audiologist. Highly recommend it.
