The staff was great, knowledgeable and personable. The tests were quite improved over any prior testing I’ve had such as words to identify while having background noise which is my primary issue. Cost of the hardware is quite competitive in my opinion. I’d certainly recommend.

Had to wait for my hearing aids to come back from the manufacturer. Michelle made sure to call me as soon as they came in. Great to know I’m in caring hands!
The whole process from testing my hearing to fitting hearing aids for me was made very easy by Elizabeth Perry.. She is very patient and calm. I have had trouble getting my aids on properly and Ms Perry was patient and made an adjustment that made it easier to get them on.
Got a timely appointment and they were very helpful.
