Very happy with the service and interactions with everyone at HearUSA. Tyler took my information initially and was very thorough and stayed on top of making sure I was able to get into have the evaluation as did Michelle when I had to reschedule twice!! Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to do with the evaluation, results and the actual hearing aides. I am glad I made the call to put everything in motion.
A 30 second wait. Very efficient, knowledgeable and polite technician. No charge for a lost hear.com hearing aid. Apparently still under warranty.
The fitting took into account all of my concerns. Desire not to just make Everything louder, but to better discern voices in conversation.
