One person operation the morning I was there. She was very pleasant and efficient.
Don't go anywhere else!! Mike & Courtney are amazing!!! Patient, considerate, and no pressure sales! I took my Grandfather in to replace his hearing aids and we were on a budget. They went above and beyond usual customer service to make sure every detail was taken care of. Their genuine personal interest and caring demeanor put us at ease and made the whole process feel easy. They were wonderful!!
My appointment with David Luther today was helpful and unpressured. He presented the options he has available to assist me with my hearing loss in a straight-forward, fact-based way. There was no sales pitch, which I appreciated. He clearly has a thorough understanding of the equipment he uses and sells and projected a desire to help rather than just to make a sale.
The people at Hearing Rehab Center in Salem have provided excellent and considerate service for me for some time now. First, they did not recommend getting hearing aids until my hearing tests indicated a need. They provided those tests free of charge for about ten years before that need developed. I have now had hearing aids that work nicely for eight years. They have provided excellent care and maintenance without charge since my original purchase.
