My experience with HearUSA was very positive. The person at the front desk and the audiologist were both friendly and extremely helpful. I left feeling very satisfied with the results of my appointment and I'm looking forward to getting my new hearing aids.
Excellent Service!!! The desk and the audiologist made me feel very welcome comfortable. I really appreciate how Nyla Took the time to explain to me the difference between one hearing aid and another. Fully explained why the one she recommended was the best for my hearing loss. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at HearUSA. They are great people with a passion for helping folks like me. The whole process of getting my first hearing aids was so easy. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It was fast and simple. I had my hearing aids within days of ordering them.
Although I didn’t end up using HearUSA, they were very kind and flexible! The staff worked hard to get me an appointment. They unfortunately had a gas leak in their building the day of and the reschedule was too far out for me. I was so appreciative of the customer service I received here though. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the results after testing and using the trial pair of hearing aids. I was very impressed with the service and staff. I can not wait until I get into wearing their hearing aids!
