They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It was fast and simple. I had my hearing aids within days of ordering them.
Very pleased with the results after testing and using the trial pair of hearing aids. I was very impressed with the service and staff. I can not wait until I get into wearing their hearing aids!
Excellent care and attention to detail. Answered all questions patiently. They set my phone up for me, helped with warranty issues, and made me feel like a priority. The receptionist is outstanding. I would recommend anyone to their Salem facility.
