Terrible customer service. I called prior to driving to the port orange location and even asked the receptionist, Kaitlyn, her lunch time. I arrived 20 minutes before the told time and Kaitlyn was on a telephone meeting and she could not help me, to return in 15 minutes. If I'd chosen to return, she'd be at lunch. I in turn called and spoke with Ashley, the so called audiologist who informed that Kaitlyn must have forgotten. Poor, poor poor customer service!

I made an appointment to get tested again my ear nose and throat doctor sent a request I'm going deaf in my left ear this place made my first appointment canceled when I was 5 minutes away told me she can't take me I said but im in the parking lot OK I rescheduled my next appointment I arrived the desk is checked in she said its $65 dollars 💸 fir the test my insurance gives ot to me for free so does everyone in town hearing tests 🙃 no since the doctor request its a change but I've been here before you gave me 6 thousand d... read more

So far everything has been great! Caroline is a professional, knowledgeable experienced audiologist. She knew which type of hearing aid would work best for me and how to tweak the device to suit my personal needs. My insurance covered a good amount of the cost, so I was able to purchase better quality aids than my previous two pairs. It is wonderful to not say, “Huh?” to so many people!

Friendly professional staff. And excellent service. One of my hearing aids was shorting out. I called the office and they told me to come in. When I got there they had my hearing aid fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much!
