I am so happy being able to hear conversations again. I don't feel excluded anymore. I was very pleased with the courtesy care and one on one attention I was afforded. The office stall is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have nothing but praise for them.
Today I saw Caroline at the Ormond Beach office. She was very polite, professional and answered all of my questions regarding my hearing. I had visited a different local hearing center recently and the audiologist there tried to convince me that my hearing was failing, that I needed hearing aides, etc. He didn’t even have me go into the booth where they test your hearing. Excellent from beginning to end. I accompanied my almost 97 year old mother to get new hearing aids because with her advancing age, she was having difficulty using the ones she had. Both Lori the front desk person (and much more) and Caroline, the provider, were very sensitive to my mother’s needs. Caroline tested her present hearing ability and then upgraded the hearing aids to improve her ability to hear as well as significantly improve the ease of use. Enjoyed purchasing my hearing aids here almost a year ago. Been in a couple times for technical issues and people at the front desk are always knowledgeable and pleasant. Keep up the great work!!!
I just walked in to get my hearing aids checked out. Greeted right away. She immediately took my hearing aids and cleaned them, put new pads on,and gave me some medication to rub in my ears to stop the tickling. All in 10 minutes and no charges. Now that's service. I would recommend these people to anyone.
