Terrible customer service. I called prior to driving to the port orange location and even asked the receptionist, Kaitlyn, her lunch time. I arrived 20 minutes before the told time and Kaitlyn was on a telephone meeting and she could not help me, to return in 15 minutes. If I'd chosen to return, she'd be at lunch. I in turn called and spoke with Ashley, the so called audiologist who informed that Kaitlyn must have forgotten. Poor, poor poor customer service!

Friendly professional staff. And excellent service. One of my hearing aids was shorting out. I called the office and they told me to come in. When I got there they had my hearing aid fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

6-7 months ago I had my wires changed and new kick stands put on my hearing aids (helps keep ear piece in ear I wanted them to come down lower behind my ear it didn’t. Too long kickstand on wrong $65 dollars later. Terrible! Today I went in , the audiologist said you can’t do that it won’t work changed it back sorry another $65 , charger broke $375 there like $169 Amazon Hear USA no more!!!!!

It was very pleasant office. The front desk secretary is so nice. I was very pleased with the kindness of the dr. I will always go there!
