I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years. I have always purchased them from COSTCO. Never again. If you don’t mind waiting for 3 months to get an appointment and another 2 months to get your new devices, then COSTCO is your place to do business. My experience at HEARUSA was a complete surprise. They have locations all over the US. Made my appointment for the same day, was tested and left the store with my new hearing aids. It does not get any better than that. Hear USA is very patient and accommodating with adjusting, cleaning and helping my Mother's hearing aids. The Front desk and Doctor are always knowledgeable, current with understanding benefits, and punctually on time. We are grateful to have an office like this. It is very small and feels like a small hometown office. I strongly recommend them.

No high pressure sales!!! She even suggested waiting a year!!! When I did say I wanted to try an aid to see if it improved my hearing as I have mild loss she said to just go with one for the worst ear!!! Front desk lady also amazing!!

The location at HearUSA was very convenient. Lori, the front desk receptionist was very polite and accommodating. Caroline, the audiologist was pleasant and competent with my testing I left with a report which I will be taking to my ENT Thank you for positive experience

Great experience! Caroline was so helpful and explained everything. This is such a better choice than the big box stores. Like they say “you get what you pay for”.
