My experience with HearUSA has been exceptionally wonderful! They are so nice and helpful. They encourage you to notify them if you have any problems. I love my hearing aides! They are efficient and handle things like connecting you to blue tooth. The audiologist on Granada in Ormond Beach and staff are outstanding! Highly recommend HearUSA!
I am so happy being able to hear conversations again. I don't feel excluded anymore. I was very pleased with the courtesy care and one on one attention I was afforded. The office stall is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have nothing but praise for them.
Enjoyed purchasing my hearing aids here almost a year ago. Been in a couple times for technical issues and people at the front desk are always knowledgeable and pleasant. Keep up the great work!!!
Today I saw Caroline at the Ormond Beach office. She was very polite, professional and answered all of my questions regarding my hearing. I had visited a different local hearing center recently and the audiologist there tried to convince me that my hearing was failing, that I needed hearing aides, etc. He didn’t even have me go into the booth where they test your hearing. Excellent from beginning to end. I accompanied my almost 97 year old mother to get new hearing aids because with her advancing age, she was having difficulty using the ones she had. Both Lori the front desk person (and much more) and Caroline, the provider, were very sensitive to my mother’s needs. Caroline tested her present hearing ability and then upgraded the hearing aids to improve her ability to hear as well as significantly improve the ease of use.
