I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years. I have always purchased them from COSTCO. Never again. If you don’t mind waiting for 3 months to get an appointment and another 2 months to get your new devices, then COSTCO is your place to do business. My experience at HEARUSA was a complete surprise. They have locations all over the US. Made my appointment for the same day, was tested and left the store with my new hearing aids. It does not get any better than that. Went in to have my hearing aids checked and cleaned turned out they had to be reprogrammed. The lady at the desk was so helpful and nice. 5 minutes and I was done

Great place to go if you have hearing problem. Place is clean .staff is professional .I just received my hearing aids. It,s only been a day but what difference. Hope to write a better review within the next couple of months. Thanks07-17-2026.it,s been 2 1/2 months .their service has been awesome. I had a bit of a problem Totally my fault. They were so helpful in getting it resolved. A great place to go.personel is awesome. I,ll keep going there.

Hear USA is very patient and accommodating with adjusting, cleaning and helping my Mother's hearing aids. The Front desk and Doctor are always knowledgeable, current with understanding benefits, and punctually on time. We are grateful to have an office like this. It is very small and feels like a small hometown office. I strongly recommend them.

Great experience! Caroline was so helpful and explained everything. This is such a better choice than the big box stores. Like they say “you get what you pay for”.
