USA Hearing is awesome! Lisa is up front and very helpful getting me in for my appointment. Alora has been a huge help with my hearing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful in regards to my hearing. I would not go to anyone else!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about Dr. Anderson! She is a superb hearing aid doctor and such a down-to-earth person. Her approach to challenges is truly inspiring; she never backs down from what seems impossible. My father had some significant issues, and Dr. Anderson worked tirelessly to find solutions that really made a difference in his life. Her dedication and expertise are unmatched. Highly recommend her to anyone in need of hearing aids.
The audiologist did a hearing test and recommended by I see an ENT doctor and cleaned my hearing aids to get them working more efficiently. She was very professional and helpful.
I had a wonderful experience getting my hearing aids. The staff did their best to make sure I had the right hearing aids. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with getting their ears checked.
I was 10 minutes late so therefore I could not be seen as doctor had another appt. in 15 minutes. I understand this; however, it would have been nice for them to tell me this when I scheduled the appointment as I would not have even went to this appointment as I knew I was 5 or 10 minutes late as I was sent to other roads per traffic. and I would have liked some customer service if the person talking to me about these hearing aides could have at least came out and handed them to me and told me what to read first ; after all... read more
