Very pleased with the way the staff greeted me by my name and the office waiting lobby had a wonderful welcome feeling and the Audiologist was very helpful with how to put my hearing aids in and how to care for them and she told me when I needed to come back for adjustments. It has been a while since I was able to hear clearly and I like it. I will call my friend and family to make an appointment with HearUSA right now. I’m very happy with my new hearing aids so powerful and can hear better. Bluetooth is amazing to use music and phone as well. Everything so technology awesome.
It was a very great experience and the doctor and office staff were helpful, professional and very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend this office to everyone.
