Very pleased with the way the staff greeted me by my name and the office waiting lobby had a wonderful welcome feeling and the Audiologist was very helpful with how to put my hearing aids in and how to care for them and she told me when I needed to come back for adjustments. It has been a while since I was able to hear clearly and I like it. I will call my friend and family to make an appointment with HearUSA right now. Thank you HearUSA for helping me and I love my hearing aids and God bless all.
My mother and I had a fabulous experience with Noe Gonzalez on McDowell Road Phoenix Arizona he was very patient with my mother super kind and explained everything very well. We sure appreciate him thank you.
My experience with HearUSA has been mostly good. My Hear USA direct contact, Noe G, has been awesome and I have enjoyed working with him through the various stages for a 1st time hearing aid user. Couple issues with delays getting the aids and having Hear USA closing the Indian School Rd location has made my trip to the new location more difficult.
A Vary nice visit Noa handle a replacement, turned up the pair ,got me on my way in minutes. Receptionist is nice as well,nice company, well recommend highly Hearusa 👌.
