Very pleased with the way the staff greeted me by my name and the office waiting lobby had a wonderful welcome feeling and the Audiologist was very helpful with how to put my hearing aids in and how to care for them and she told me when I needed to come back for adjustments. It has been a while since I was able to hear clearly and I like it. I will call my friend and family to make an appointment with HearUSA right now. Thank you HearUSA for helping me and I love my hearing aids and God bless all.

Excellent. If there ever is a problem, they are right there to help. Recently I had a problem, ended up my fault, they were gracious. I've been with this office a long time, can't go wrong IMHO..
