They are so kind, compassionate and caring. Ashley couldn't be more knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable, took her time, and explained everything clearly and with patience. I lost one of my aides 2 days after getting them and they resolved the problem with ease. I highly recommend them!!!
Ashley & Katelyn are both great! Ashley is clear & concise as she explains the ins & outs of hearing aids. No question is too big or small - she knows what she’s talking about and explains it well. Katelyn is personable and professional in dealing with clients - a good first impression as you walk in the front door. AND I love my new hearing aids! I highly recommend this team!
I am here for the winter months and experienced a problem with my hearing aids that I am extremely dependent on. Katelyn worked with me and was very helpful to my needs. I am very appreciative to her great service.
Ashlea is great at what she does, she took a lot of time explaining to my wife her hearing problems, answered all of our questions and was very helpful as my wife has been struggling with her hearing aids for years, Her new ones from Hear USA work great. Caitlin at the front desk is always very nice and professional.
My first visit was an awesome visit the receptionist was so very nice and the doctor was also very nice. I love how she talked to you and just showed kindness.
