I don't think I could be more pleased with HearUSA in Port Orange. Ashlea and Caitlyn are great. They were both very thoughtful, considerate, and professional. They didn't try to push sell us on any of their products- they just gave us the information and let us choose our route for hearing care. My dad's new hearing aids have been a life changer for our family and I owe it all to their wonderful, caring service. I will recommend Hearing USA in Port Orange to anyone that asks for my opinion.
It’s so easy too hear again. A simple stop over at a major strip mall and the world has come alive. The falls at hear plus are great to work with and the process was fast and efficient. A bonus- the shop is adjacent to “The Turquios Cafe” where the pastries were excellent!
I really like this place. The Dr that did my test was attentive. Listened to my problem I was experiencing. Didn't try to fit me with hearing aids. She agreed with me than she thought there was something else going on in my ear. They are a great place. I would recommend them to friends and family.
each one of the staff play a key role, The ladies do amazing understanding and so much more, been going for a while now miss Kate who greets you when you walk in, Has the most amazing uplifting atmosphere beside her amazing wonderful sweetheart self, miss Ashley the audiologist herself, she walk you step by step, decide what beside for you and what your health plan cover but also customize it to your needs, with that said all i feel very grateful for them two
Your assistant, did maintenance on my hearing aids. And fix my problems with my Bluetooth to the hearing aids. Very knowledgeable of what she was doing, very pleasant. I do recommend hearing USA.
