Ashley & Katelyn are both great! Ashley is clear & concise as she explains the ins & outs of hearing aids. No question is too big or small - she knows what she’s talking about and explains it well. Katelyn is personable and professional in dealing with clients - a good first impression as you walk in the front door. AND I love my new hearing aids! I highly recommend this team!
Ashlea is great at what she does, she took a lot of time explaining to my wife her hearing problems, answered all of our questions and was very helpful as my wife has been struggling with her hearing aids for years, Her new ones from Hear USA work great. Caitlin at the front desk is always very nice and professional.
Ashley is wonderful. She is doing all she can do to make my hearing aids fit me better. She always has time to help.
Katelyn is the best. She is always very courteous and very professional. The office is never too busy to take care of my situation , which is usually just a cleaning. I would recommend that office to anyone.
Ashlea made my visit very pleasant. I was a little nervous. She really put me at ease and talked to me in a very comforting way. She was very informative and explained everything in detail. When choosing a device she advised me of how each device worked so I could make the best decision for me. I would recommend HearUSA in Port Orange to anyone who may have problems with their hearing.
