My experience could not have been more pleasant, helpful, informative and kind. Hats off to Ashlea for such a smoothe appointment. The hearing devices I purchased were reasonably priced and are working like a charm and it took less than an hour. Thank you, Hearing USA!
Prompt, helpful, & encouraging. Also recalled my previous visit a few years back, which I did not. Advised ear canal cleansing at a different provider for more effective service and set new for my hearing test
On occasion I have gone into HearUSA for hearing aid adjustments, without calling first. This was because my problem surfaced while I was out and about. When I went in to their lobby I was met by Caitlin who immediately and cheerfully focused on my problems and corrected things really fast. I was never charged for her time and she was so cheerful as I went on my way. I’m so glad that I picked HearUSA for my hearing center.
I saw Ashley just before the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately I arrived late due to my own mixup on time. She efficiently got my paperwork done and in a friendly manner did the hearing test. A printout of my hearing loss was explained along with the different options for hearing aids. I left the office with brand new hearing aids and follow-up appointment in one week. Mission accomplished.
I have been going to HearUSA for many years, and they have always taken good care of me. When I suddenly lost even more of my hearing in one of my ears a few years ago with COVID, Ashlea was quick to recognize what was going on and facilitate emergency care so that I was able to regain most of my hearing that was lost in that ear due to infection.
