Stopped in this morning to make an appointment for my mom and had one of the most unpleasant experience with the receptionist at the front she was very rude refused to share any kind of information about a hearing aid device that I was asking about overall just treated me like I interrupting her day. This individual clearly Lacks customer service skills and in my personal opinion should be fired!
