Previous experiences at Hear USA have been much better than the most recent visit. The tech at the last visit couldn’t have been more disinterested or less helpful. Explanations were limited and my husband and I never felt welcome. We were so dissatisfied that there is little likelihood we will return.
This was a terrible experience. We do not recommend this facility .We arrived three minutes late and all the provider cared about was her exit time . I am in health care and always put the patient / client first . This provider was all about her needs and told us so . Worst health care experience my husband and I have ever experienced. Being new to the possibility of needing hearing aids this was the most unwelcoming unsympathetic experience.
It was mostly an information appointment to see the latest hearing aids and prices. Everyone was extremely cordial and helpful! Back in July for my yearly hearing test. Thanks
My Reason for a star to none Provider was very rude . I was there for my Appt. On 3/25/25 9 Am . I was there 20 minutes before my Appt. the door was locked I had to call the office for them to open the door for me . And than the provider opened the door didn't say Good Morning . She was very rude with opening the door and with the checking in . I am a Patient there since 2002 new Audiologist all the time all very Nice . Hearing test went fine. Everything indicated in network at that I should be able to use my health insurance to help pay for hearing aids. $500 deductible and the insurance pays 90% after the deductible. Hearing USA was trying to have me pay for the hearing aids without using the insurance. They were showing the $500 deductible 90/10 right on their screen as well. Needless to say, I’m going somewhere else for the hearing aids.
