They are nice people there. BUT!! It’s more of over the counter hearing aids. Myself is severely profoundly hearing loss, they had to remake my ear molds few times in month period, not able to seal off the whistling issues, then lowered the frequency to stop then I can’t hear anyone talking. My old ear molds were MUCH BETTER than theirs . I desperately need new ones as old ones started irritating my ear canal. The new hearing aids are not quite digital and just amplified the sounds. I visited with Aspen Gutknecht on Friday, July 10th, 2025 regarding my hearing aid repairs. Aspen has been absolutely great as my audiologist. She is professional, competent, and always displays a pleasant demeanor. I have a lot of trust in Aspen's ability to diagnose and correct my hearing problems. She is fantastic.
My experience with HearUSA for an initial hearing evaluation was exceptional. The appointment was easy to book, they were courteous and professional. The audiologist was thorough, explaining the results and answering all of my questions so that I could understand. I would highly recommend them!
