I would not recommend HearUSA in Lewes, DE to anyone. In July I stopped by the office to schedule an appointment for new hearing aids and drop off my hearing test and give them my insurance information. The appointment was scheduled for the following week on 7/14/2025. The hearing aid specialist Kylee Gabler was very nice but informed me they hadn't gotten my insurance approval because they were put on hold and didn't have time to wait. Kylie was competent, professional, and personable - a highly skilled hearing support specialist. And the office assistant is super helpful. I highly recommend this office to manage your hearing aid services.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She was able to repair the problem with my hearing aid. I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes.
Very unprofessional facility. They made me wait over 30 min while the tech was eating lunch The receptionist seems clueless The audiologist tech, not doctor, tried to sell me the most expensive product even though I told her what I wanted.
Ever since relocating to the Delaware beaches area from the Midwest 3 years ago I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of care and knowledge of the staff at Hear USA. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, never tried to “sell” me anything. Love the experience!
