My experience with Hear USA has been totally positive. Kylee takes the time to answer all my questions, and never seems to mind. I definitely recommend Hear USA to anyone.
I was able to just walk in and get my Phonak hearing aid repaired. Just like that. Wow. I really appreciate Kylee Gabler. She was very helpful and even had Domes for my wife's Signia hearing aids. I highly recommend this office and Kylee if you need any hearing aid services.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She was able to repair the problem with my hearing aid. I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes.
Do not use Hear.com, which is one of the suppliers of Hear USA. And by default, I don't recommend Hear USA. The two have horrible communication back-and-forth problems on both sides. I was scheduled appointments when no one was in the office. I got attitude from the office when I called to find out why no one was there. I understand mistakes happen, (and in this case, it was the vendor they used) but I expect the business to admit there was a communication issue and try to rectify it not try to blame the customer.
