The entire process of learning about their products, reading customer reviews, and speaking with live person was easy. Once I selected the type of device I wanted, an appt. Was scheduled near my home for hearing test and fitting. The devices were shipped to me directly. I love the 45 day money back trial period.
I would not recommend HearUSA in Lewes, DE to anyone. In July I stopped by the office to schedule an appointment for new hearing aids and drop off my hearing test and give them my insurance information. The appointment was scheduled for the following week on 7/14/2025. The hearing aid specialist Kylee Gabler was very nice but informed me they hadn't gotten my insurance approval because they were put on hold and didn't have time to wait. Ever since relocating to the Delaware beaches area from the Midwest 3 years ago I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of care and knowledge of the staff at Hear USA. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, never tried to “sell” me anything. Love the experience!
Very unprofessional facility. They made me wait over 30 min while the tech was eating lunch The receptionist seems clueless The audiologist tech, not doctor, tried to sell me the most expensive product even though I told her what I wanted.
Very efficient and attentive, explained everything I think I needed to know clearly and effectively. And was very personable!
