Excellent! Everyone on the staff is great cordial just plain nice.. not to mention Dan with his experience with people and personal hearing issues hearing is not just a job for him. He knows what hearing deficiency is all about so therefore can understand your issue. So glad that we met him and worked with him.
Dr. Dan Criss Is the ultimate professional!! When it came to having my hearing tested and choosing the best hearing aids for me, he was patient and knew the right questions to ask me so I picked the best ones for me! I love the fact that his office is open from 12:30 to 1:30, Monday -Friday, for his patients to come in who have any issues or questions for him regarding their hearing aids.
I had a truly excellent walk-in experience with HearUSA in St. Augustine. My defect WIDEX MOMENT hearing aid was instantly repaired by a truly effective, efficient and friendly specialist. What a great service !
