I had a pleasant visit to HearUSA. The receptionist was very kind and personable. There was no wait time for my appointment. Daniel was knowledgeable and clearly explained all aspects of my visit. I felt the hearing test was very thorough and personalized to my hearing issues. The results were explained in detail and in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend HearUSA.
Everything from start to finish was super professional and a pleasure. The exam was thorough. He was very knowledgable of the hearing aid products and was able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend without reservation.
Friendly associates Dr. explained what was going to happen with the hearing aids. Showed me several different types explained how different each one is. No pressure to get the most expensive ones left the decision up to me. Went through how to use n care for the aids Also told me to come back with any problems. Extremely friendly
After a trial with new hearing aids; I now have my new ones. Just a great experience and a wonderful team of people to work with. They made it easy and kept me informed all the way through the process. I would highly recommend Hear USA, especially the St. Augustine office. Great office staff; thorough and informative testing and Mark is very professional provider. They took the time to make sure I received just the hearing support that needed.
