When one of my 6 month old hearing aids stopped working, the HEAR USA team in the St. Augustine office saw me the next day, diagnosed the issue and sent it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under Warranty. It was replaced in a week; half the estimated time. Excellent professional service.

I’ve had my ear hearing aids for a little over a month and I’m used to them. I don’t feel them when they’re in. I never realized my hearing was as bad as it was. Daniel is very patient and understanding I enjoyed going in and talking to him. Thank you

I became aware of HearUSA while living in southern NJ because I began to lose hearing in one ear. As time progressed, I also started to lose hearing in my other ear. I continued to be seen at the office in Cherry Hill, NJ; however, in 2021, after our youngest daughter moved to St Augustine FL, we decided to move to closer to her and did so in late 2021. I had a pleasant visit to HearUSA. The receptionist was very kind and personable. There was no wait time for my appointment. Daniel was knowledgeable and clearly explained all aspects of my visit. I felt the hearing test was very thorough and personalized to my hearing issues. The results were explained in detail and in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend HearUSA.

They always are so nice. They take care of any issues I have and always look out for me and my family. I drive around 80 miles to come to this location. I always will
