Excellent experience with a pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Allison was a very pleasant, and explained everything to me in an understandable way. Took her time to explain every detail of all the functions and programs to change when your surroundings change.
I've been using this company for a few years. The staff is always nice, patient and friendly. The doctor is excellent, very good at what she does. I would recommend them to anyone with hearing problems.
The staff at the Hear USA is friendly and efficient. Very good communication from the front desk to the doctor. Doctor Allison has been my doctor for three years and she is an excellent doctor. She is very professional, very respectful and never hesitate to explain everything to me. I highly recommend her!
Front desk staff is friendly, efficient and professional with a smile. The doctor does not smoke as much and goes straight to the point, but she is knowledgeable and detail oriented. She cares and make sure the patient is taken care and has all inquiries answered. I am thankful my mom was recomended Hear USA for her hearing aids. Everyone in need of hearing aids should come here!
