Front desk staff is friendly, efficient and professional with a smile. The doctor does not smoke as much and goes straight to the point, but she is knowledgeable and detail oriented. She cares and make sure the patient is taken care and has all inquiries answered. I am thankful my mom was recomended Hear USA for her hearing aids. Everyone in need of hearing aids should come here!
Doctor Nolan is great , honest in her job she tells you how it's, no sugar coating,straight to the point. Fix my problem with my hearing aids perfectly!!! Expensive, but worthy I recommend her highly.
Most knowledgeable Audiologist Allison provided me with options to restore my diminished hearing. Tried an in the ear state of the art device which I am most happy with. Professional and courteous service
I brought my elderly mother in as an emergency and Dr Nolan was unbelievable! She is a miracle Worker !!!!! I’ve never been so pleased with the medical establishment. Dr Nolan is efficient, thorough, patient and kind. Highly recommend her place.
My daughter and I met with Allison on Friday. Allison was very knowledgeable and explained hearing loss and the best steps going forward for me. She was patient and took lots of time answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. I have had hearing aides for 3 years now. After meeting Allison I have decided to work with her instead of my former organization. I would recommend Allison to anyone who needed these services.
