5/23/24 Update I absolutely love this hearing aid place the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to help you with your hearing. I finally have a great solution that works thanks to them. This store is handicap accessible. I came here for an upgrade for my old hearing aids. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried a pair of hearing aids for a week and actually like them much more then my current old pair. Great experience with Dr. Rachel Ortega and the entire staff. Dr. Ortega took great care of my 93 year old mom. She took her time, answer all our questions and was very kind. Thank you so much for everything!!!
I had a very good experience, getting my hearing aids from scheduling to my hearing test to the explanations of my hearing loss and damage that I’ve suffered to the set up and use of my new hearing aids. Valerie was very helpful. I look forward to doing more business with the company in the future.
