I had a thorough and comprehensive examination which was revealing to me how much hearing I had lost and what changes to my previous settings were necessary. I was extremely pleased with Rachel the audiologist and her expertise and left feeling how much I had missed before.. I’m very happy I chose this location and its staff
5/23/24 Update I absolutely love this hearing aid place the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to help you with your hearing. I finally have a great solution that works thanks to them. This store is handicap accessible. I came here for an upgrade for my old hearing aids. I had a very good experience, getting my hearing aids from scheduling to my hearing test to the explanations of my hearing loss and damage that I’ve suffered to the set up and use of my new hearing aids. Valerie was very helpful. I look forward to doing more business with the company in the future.

I am sorry I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was super nice very professional, and handled the problem in five minutes or less. Very pleased with the service.
