Rachel, the audiologist, is very professional and knows her product inside/out. She’s patient, kind and attentive and I left not wanting for knowledge about the Signia hearing aids. I would recommend Hear USA and Rachel without hesitation. One thing would have made the appointment even better. Ie. Having the various high-end hearing aids available for comparison without having to order them. I like Signia but I also wanted to compare them with Phonak. I had a thorough and comprehensive examination which was revealing to me how much hearing I had lost and what changes to my previous settings were necessary. I was extremely pleased with Rachel the audiologist and her expertise and left feeling how much I had missed before.. I’m very happy I chose this location and its staff
5/23/24 Update I absolutely love this hearing aid place the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to help you with your hearing. I finally have a great solution that works thanks to them. This store is handicap accessible. I came here for an upgrade for my old hearing aids. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried a pair of hearing aids for a week and actually like them much more then my current old pair. Melissa was awesome. She even showed me how to clean my mom's hearing aids so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth all the time.
