What a delightful experience! I was a bit anxious about my consultation, but as soon as I entered the office I was greeted with a warm smile and felt at ease right away. When I met with Rachel for my consultation, she was wonderful, understanding and so knowledgeable. She explained my options and guided me in selecting the best solution to help me with my hearing. Great experience!
I went for an exam and I found out that my hearing loss had declined significantly and Rachel from your Lake Worth location was very helpful and advising what I actually needed. When we returned home, we found that the one hearing aid was not working properly, and we returned to find out that it probably needed a battery and she Very graciously ordered one at no charge for us. It was the most pleasant experience and we’re happy to be continuing on with HearUSA.
5/23/24 Update I absolutely love this hearing aid place the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to help you with your hearing. I finally have a great solution that works thanks to them. This store is handicap accessible. I came here for an upgrade for my old hearing aids. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried a pair of hearing aids for a week and actually like them much more then my current old pair. The Audiologist who helped me get my hearing aids has a great “office” manner. Always smiling, patiently answering all my questions and willing to make adjustments to find my “happy” place in using my new aids. This is vastly better IMO than paying less with OTC hearing aids but getting service from any of those companies may to some degree be available but is a much slower, less personal process.
The staff is friendly, and knowledgable. Never had to wait long before I was seen by the specialist. I have been coming to this location for a long time, and was never dissatisfied. Highly recommended.
