I took my mom to doctor and they gave me the info to this place i walked in not knowing I needed an appointment and the woman at the front desk(i forgot her name) but she was so super helpful and I was so happy to have such excellent service she went above and beyond and helped me make an appointment and let me fill out all the paper work in advance she even called to see if there was a cancelation at a different location to attempt to get me in. I posted a positive review some time ago after my initial purchase and experience with Horizon IX and Daisy Vyvial, Au.D., who runs the HearUSA Sheridan office. The Horizon IX performs as they claim, the clarity is great, and the range of adjustments is excellent. Daisy just needed to correct a poor installation of the wax filter and related issues that were my fault. She also noted that I had cerumen in one ear, so I will see an ENT to correct it tomorrow. My experiences so far have been quite positive. The audiologist at the Hollywood office is terrific. She is caring and competent. I'm an old guy and I have had several hearing tests, but never one as comprehensive daisy. The national hearing place not so much. If you are dealing with them make sure you are able to be provided with a price and that you are happy with it. I was not afforded that option and I am not happy about it.
Highly recommend! Daisy, the Audiologist is so very accommodating and is determined to get me the hearing aid device that I will be happy with. Unfortunately the first option I chose was not working well for me. Daisy informed me that Signia just released a new custom fitting hearing aid. I received them a few days ago and I already can tell they are so much better.
The audiologist Daisy Vivian was amazing. After doing the most thorough hearing test that I’ve ever had in my five year journey of hearing loss,, she then spent over an hour fitting and adjusting the hearing aids to be perfectly suited for me. She checked and re-checked until we were both satisfied with the fit and clarity. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has had poor results in the past with hearing aids because she goes the extra mile to make sure that the hearing aids will meet your needs.
