I got my hearing aids @ Hear USA & they could not be more efficient or more patient. Daisy is an accomplished audiologist, gave me a thorough hearing test & gave me the most comfortable & correct hearing aids for my hearing loss & followed up with me several times to make sure that I was using them correctly & that they were easy to use and they are. I recommend them highly!!!!!!!
My experiences so far have been quite positive. The audiologist at the Hollywood office is terrific. She is caring and competent. I'm an old guy and I have had several hearing tests, but never one as comprehensive daisy. The national hearing place not so much. If you are dealing with them make sure you are able to be provided with a price and that you are happy with it. I was not afforded that option and I am not happy about it.
The audiologist Daisy Vivian was amazing. After doing the most thorough hearing test that I’ve ever had in my five year journey of hearing loss,, she then spent over an hour fitting and adjusting the hearing aids to be perfectly suited for me. She checked and re-checked until we were both satisfied with the fit and clarity. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has had poor results in the past with hearing aids because she goes the extra mile to make sure that the hearing aids will meet your needs.
I have been very satisfied with the level personal phone support and the high technical quality of the products. after testing my first choice device I had no return issues. I am now testing a second product and testing it in different environments including concerts and very noisy diners.
Great experience. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Audiologist Daisy Vyvial was very friendly. The test she administered very thorough. I really appreciated the time, personal interest and clear explanations and recommendations.
