The minute I walked in I was greeted. Which is very nice these days. My appointment with Emily was outstanding! She was very patient and kind with me. Emily took the time to answer all my questions. Then made sure I was comfortable with the fitting and working of my hearing aids.
I was very impressed by everyone who works at this location. They were all extremely pleasant. Emily who did the testing listened to all the difficulties I was experiencing and did not rush me through it. I really appreciated that. She was was clear with each test as we proceeded . And she talked slowly and distinctly about the results from each test. Answered all my questions and came up with the best way to help improve my situation. Three of us in our home have ended up getting hearing devices, with the range of mild to profound hearing loss. Each of us have had a different experience, but all have been able to hear much better. I was reminded of my appointment, was seen right away had my complimentary exam and had all my questions answered! Overall great experience clean professional and pleasant atmosphere!!
Excellent service, actually kept the appointment time I had and I did not had to wait at all. Service was outstanding, they took their time giving me all the time I needed without trying to push me out. I would definitively recommend.
