He listened to the hearing issues I was having in general and with my older pair and was able to select and set up this new pair to solve those problems. Amazing ! Smooth process and the tech Austin was great. He really made my grandma feel comfortable. The front desk was flexible with changing appointment the same day.
6-11-26 Update: I had a wax problem with my hearing aids, not only did they clean my hearing aids, but Austin even cleaned my ears and removed a huge buildup of wax. He went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate his help! HearUSA came through for me, once again! My left hearing aid had a bad wire, so I stopped in and in less than five minutes I left with working hearing aids! Simple and easy! I'm enjoying my hearing aids and I would recommend this Hear USA! They are great!
Austin adjusted my hearing aids and put a smaller size ear cushion so my ears wouldn't be as sore. Very quick and Austin is always very helpful and friendly.
Great service. Polite, friendly and professional. Excellent knowledge, explanations of product and hearing test results by Austin the hearing test and product specialist. i will recommend this place to anyone in my family and friends and of course anyone else that may need this. The front office staff were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly.
