I was very impressed by everyone who works at this location. They were all extremely pleasant. Emily who did the testing listened to all the difficulties I was experiencing and did not rush me through it. I really appreciated that. She was was clear with each test as we proceeded . And she talked slowly and distinctly about the results from each test. Answered all my questions and came up with the best way to help improve my situation. Took my 91 year old mother here for hearing test and hearing aid upgrade. They were WONDERFUL with her! Specialist Emily Studholme is thorough, thoughtful, and very pleasant. Definitely recommend! (and they take mom's insurance too!)
Excellent service, actually kept the appointment time I had and I did not had to wait at all. Service was outstanding, they took their time giving me all the time I needed without trying to push me out. I would definitively recommend.
My hearing aid wire came out and I called to see if I needed an appointment. They said no, you can come in anytime and provided the hours of operation. We went right in and the staff popped the wire back in and verified it was working. It took 2 minutes at the most. They were so helpful.
