Staff is friendly and have a great attitude. Very helpful, Austin was very patient and professional in handling my needs for hearing aids. I felt comfortable and thank all of them for the assistance provided.
Smooth process and the tech Austin was great. He really made my grandma feel comfortable. The front desk was flexible with changing appointment the same day.
6-11-26 Update: I had a wax problem with my hearing aids, not only did they clean my hearing aids, but Austin even cleaned my ears and removed a huge buildup of wax. He went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate his help! HearUSA came through for me, once again! My left hearing aid had a bad wire, so I stopped in and in less than five minutes I left with working hearing aids! Simple and easy! I'm enjoying my hearing aids and I would recommend this Hear USA! They are great!
Hear USA at 515 E Altamonte Springs provided excellent services. The specialist Austin was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. The front desk staff are also very helpful. The hearing aids we got here were very good.
First of all was surprised to see new staff working at the counter as I remembered the one that works there. Also I’ve noticed that the staffs are used to meet customers with late hearing loss and not with Deaf people as I am one. The Hearing specialist person Emily has been kind, nice and well explaining about my hearing loss and the kind of hearing aids that are fitted for me.
