Great service. Polite, friendly and professional. Excellent knowledge, explanations of product and hearing test results by Austin the hearing test and product specialist. i will recommend this place to anyone in my family and friends and of course anyone else that may need this. The front office staff were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly.
Overall pleasant experience with the specialist but the front staff is extremely rude on the phone. For that reason alone, I will not be returning here. You're in the business of hearing aids so have some grace with communication with customers that are hard of hearing.
Austin was great. Very knowledgeable and Patient. He explained everything and made me very comfortable with Hear USA.
First of all was surprised to see new staff working at the counter as I remembered the one that works there. Also I’ve noticed that the staffs are used to meet customers with late hearing loss and not with Deaf people as I am one. The Hearing specialist person Emily has been kind, nice and well explaining about my hearing loss and the kind of hearing aids that are fitted for me. My experience at HearUSA was wonderful. The staff there is always courteous and friendly and very helpful. My hearing aids work very well for me, so I would highly recommend HearUSA to other people who need help with their hearing needs.
