My experience with Julie Patton was outstanding. She helped me make decisions that have really impacted my ability to hear and understand people as peaking to me. I have been wearing her recommended hearing aids for only a few days but I've already noticed a big difference. This will be my second pair and I'm so glad my insurance company referred me to HearUSA.
Great experience. Dr. Patton and her new assistant were very helpful and thorough. They always answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. Dr. Patton even came out to my car to help me with static that I was gettingon my hearing aid. Of course she fixed it in less than a minute. Thank you.
I have been using HearUSA hearing aids for a number of years now. Recently one of my hearing aids, the right side, went dead and my general quality of hearing deteriorated. Dr. Julie Paton conducted a hearing test on me, fixed my broken (right side) hearing aid, made the adjustments and calibrations appropriate to my hearing loss, and did all this in a very patient and efficient way. I went a week not hearing. I had 2 receivers replaced in my fairly new hearing aids last week and what a big difference to hear the world better again !! I do wish there were weekend and evening hours. It’s hard to make it to Glenview during work M-F. by 5pm.. Once I talked to the call center they did set me up for same day. It’s an extremely busy office with a friendly knowledgeable and experienced audiologist.
Whenever I go in with a problem, the audiologist always takes care of me. She's very skilled, and also is friendly and personable. The store is also very convenient for me.
