Dr Patton was great with my mom, who is 92 and getting hearing aides for the first time. Very patient and listened to her. Explained everything before she did it. Made my mom feel very comfortable

My experience with Julie Patton was outstanding. She helped me make decisions that have really impacted my ability to hear and understand people as peaking to me. I have been wearing her recommended hearing aids for only a few days but I've already noticed a big difference. This will be my second pair and I'm so glad my insurance company referred me to HearUSA.

Great experience. Dr. Patton and her new assistant were very helpful and thorough. They always answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. Dr. Patton even came out to my car to help me with static that I was gettingon my hearing aid. Of course she fixed it in less than a minute. Thank you.

So appreciative to Julie (Dr. Patton) for working immediately on a hearing aid that wasn't working. She took time from her other work to get me hearing again. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I went a week not hearing. I had 2 receivers replaced in my fairly new hearing aids last week and what a big difference to hear the world better again !! I do wish there were weekend and evening hours. It’s hard to make it to Glenview during work M-F. by 5pm.. Once I talked to the call center they did set me up for same day. It’s an extremely busy office with a friendly knowledgeable and experienced audiologist.
