Julie Patten is very professional and thorough when it comes to personal service. I have been seeing her for almost three years and have recommended her to several of my friends who are also experiencing hearing loss.
Julie went above and beyond in helping me work on my hearing problem. She is usually outstanding! A month to schedule delivery when my replacement aids that were in the store was unacceptable.
Dr Patton was very helpful in assessing and getting correct hearing aids to help. She had adjusted them for better clarity.
