Very happy with my appointment. Sheri was very comprehensive and helpful. She was interested in what my needs are and suggested the option I had been considering after much research.
Shari is friendly and obviously competent. She was easy to talk to and laugh with and I felt well cared for.
Great experience. Dr. Patton and her new assistant were very helpful and thorough. They always answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. Dr. Patton even came out to my car to help me with static that I was gettingon my hearing aid. Of course she fixed it in less than a minute. Thank you.
Dr Patton was great with my mom, who is 92 and getting hearing aides for the first time. Very patient and listened to her. Explained everything before she did it. Made my mom feel very comfortable
My experience with Julie Patton was outstanding. She helped me make decisions that have really impacted my ability to hear and understand people as peaking to me. I have been wearing her recommended hearing aids for only a few days but I've already noticed a big difference. This will be my second pair and I'm so glad my insurance company referred me to HearUSA.
