It is now 9 weeks since I made my 1st appointment, 7 Weeks since my appointment was completed. I have not received my hearing aids yet. HearUSA says it's being worked by their insurance department. My insurance company approved this 9 weeks ago! I called corporate customer svc: all they do is "send a message. I emailed the CEO ***** ***** twice and no reply. I had a 2:30 appointment on *********. I am 86 years old, retired, and wasn't thinking about the govt. time change. so I arrived an hour early for my appointment. The door was locked. Frustrated, I banged on the door to let someone know I was there. Finally, the door opened and I was greeted with great hostility by a blond woman, who said to stop banging on the door or she would "call the cops." I said that I had a 1:30 appointment. HearUSA's policy is to provide a designated lunch break for center employees from 12:00-12:30 where all centers are closed for lunch. HearUSA has conducted an internal review, and believes the lunch break notice was posted on the door per standard processes.
