They made me wait 45 minutes. They take walk in before scheduled appointments. I left after waiting 45 minutes. I heard the receptionist tell people on the phone that they could walk in at any time except during lunch.

I had a wire break on one of my hearing aids. I contacted the Brandon HEARUSA office and was told they had to order a new one. It has been over 3 weeks, and I have not heard anything from them. I have called three times to find out the status of the new wire. No one has ever returned my calls.
