Took my 86yo mom in for 830am appt. Door was locked i knocked on it at 835am, it was 80 degrees outside, I knocked again a lady came out and very rudely told me to quit abusing the door. I said it was past the appt time and my mom did not need to be standing that long in the heat .she said rudely she had to clock in and do things before she opened the door. It is now 9 weeks since I made my 1st appointment, 7 Weeks since my appointment was completed. I have not received my hearing aids yet. HearUSA says it's being worked by their insurance department. My insurance company approved this 9 weeks ago! I called corporate customer svc: all they do is "send a message. I emailed the CEO ***** ***** twice and no reply. I had a 2:30 appointment on *********. I am 86 years old, retired, and wasn't thinking about the govt. time change. so I arrived an hour early for my appointment. The door was locked. Frustrated, I banged on the door to let someone know I was there.
