I don’t think you could find a better place to purchase hearing aids Not just for the quality of the hearing aids but the follow up service is impressive. If I go back with what I think is a problem John has it operating properly so quickly it is embarrassing to me that is. I have been going by without an appointment which I know I shouldn’t but I always get service.
I was very satisfied with Dr. Harper. He didn't insist on getting a hearing aid before seeing an ENT doctor.
I was anxious about the possibility of getting hearing aids. John Harper, the Hearing Aid Specialist & his receptionist are exceptional, very professional & personable. They shared their knowledge & explained everything so that I was comfortable with the entire process. Now that I have hearing aids,which are barely noticeable I'm able to understand the dialog on the TV & when conversing with people. Thank you John, his receptionist (who is really the boss,lol) & HearUSA!
Highly recommended! The Citrus Tower Village location. John and Lena have been supportive throughout the whole process from the beginning and throughout the current journey, My husband is so much happier that he can hear everything again, especially his TV!
