I had a fantastic experience! The check-in process was quick and easy, and there was no wait time at all. The staff showed genuine compassion and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was personable, professional, and truly cared about providing excellent service. Highly recommend!
Hearing specialist was inquisitive, patient and very knowledgeable. He is clearly an expert and verified with the test what he supposed my hearing loss might be after our discussion. I would highly recommend anyone concerned about potential hearing loss to make an appointment now. I should have done this at least a few years ago. Looking forward to better hearing and a better social and home life.
Great service! Lost 1 of my 2 hearing aids replaced it through them price was reasonable and they paired me up made sure all was well and was on my merry way! Thank you HearUSA!
I don’t think you could find a better place to purchase hearing aids Not just for the quality of the hearing aids but the follow up service is impressive. If I go back with what I think is a problem John has it operating properly so quickly it is embarrassing to me that is. I have been going by without an appointment which I know I shouldn’t but I always get service.
