I had hearing aids from another company for 5 years and hated them so I never used them. I decided to try something new so I made an appointment at HearUSA, Leena and John are terrific. The testing and fitting was easy and the hearing aids are very comfortable so I am able to wear them all day. Thank you John and Leena for the awesome service.

I watched John do an auditory exam on my cousin so when it was my turn I understood the process. John later examined my hearing after my ear was cleaned. He was courteous and kind. I trust John's auditory expertise.

Friendly atmsphere, no wait time. John Harper was a good listener about my 15 years of struggle with hearing. He first did an ear scan and referred me to Orlando Health Urgent Care due to a blockage. Urgent Care took very good care of me and I had an ear infection. I am very grateful for the thorough treatment at both locations and am very much appreciative of their kindness in my treatment.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff! If you are new to hearing aids you might have a lot of questions or concerns. I am new to hearing aids and I had a lot of them. All my questions were answered, all my concerns were addressed. I have a pleasant experience every time I go there. I highly recommend this place!

Went in with no appointment, greeted warm and friendly. Stated my hearing aid problem. And just like that, problem fixed. I was treated with kindness and respect even though the problem I had was totally my own fault. I'll be back to this location as needed. Thank you so much. Beverly Backstrom
