From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and made to feel at home. I’ve worn hearing aids for close to 20 years and I think this is the first time I’ve felt confident in the diagnosis and solution. John Harper was thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. I put him through the wringer with all of my questions. He even said I was starting to make him sweat. But, I’m confident I have hearing aids that will help and not just provide profit for a company. I trust him and you should too.
I brought my 102 year old father in to have his hearing aids fixed and a new hearing test. My father was treated with patience and respect. After the hearing test and adjusting my dad‘s hearing aids, he was able to hear our voices very clearly. I am very pleased with the service we got.
Hearing specialist was inquisitive, patient and very knowledgeable. He is clearly an expert and verified with the test what he supposed my hearing loss might be after our discussion. I would highly recommend anyone concerned about potential hearing loss to make an appointment now. I should have done this at least a few years ago. Looking forward to better hearing and a better social and home life.
