I was anxious about the possibility of getting hearing aids. John Harper, the Hearing Aid Specialist & his receptionist are exceptional, very professional & personable. They shared their knowledge & explained everything so that I was comfortable with the entire process. Now that I have hearing aids,which are barely noticeable I'm able to understand the dialog on the TV & when conversing with people. Thank you John, his receptionist (who is really the boss,lol) & HearUSA!
I had hearing aids from another company for 5 years and hated them so I never used them. I decided to try something new so I made an appointment at HearUSA, Leena and John are terrific. The testing and fitting was easy and the hearing aids are very comfortable so I am able to wear them all day. Thank you John and Leena for the awesome service.
Friendly atmsphere, no wait time. John Harper was a good listener about my 15 years of struggle with hearing. He first did an ear scan and referred me to Orlando Health Urgent Care due to a blockage. Urgent Care took very good care of me and I had an ear infection. I am very grateful for the thorough treatment at both locations and am very much appreciative of their kindness in my treatment.
John Harper Hearing Aid Specialist, very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in and Lena the assistant is just as knowledgeable and friendly as John. They both made me feel right at home. I have been visiting Hear USA in Clermont for the past three years and have always been impressed with the professional and pleasant way I , and others have been treated. The latest staff of John and Lena have been especially helpful. Enjoyable visiting them for adjustments and "tuning up"
