I don’t think you could find a better place to purchase hearing aids Not just for the quality of the hearing aids but the follow up service is impressive. If I go back with what I think is a problem John has it operating properly so quickly it is embarrassing to me that is. I have been going by without an appointment which I know I shouldn’t but I always get service.
I am 68 years old and had been struggling for a long time with hearing speech. Lina and John at Hear USA in Clermont, FL were so easy to work with and are truly exceptional people. Thanks to their care and expertise, I can now hear with my new hearing aids like a child again—and I am beyond grateful. I highly recommend Hear USA in Clermont. Best place I switch to this one because Lina and John see there real nice, also every time I have questions about my hearing aid, he answers me and fixes any problems, so thank you for being patient with me using hearing aid are very confusing at first
John took his time to explain everything and made all of the appropriate adjustments. I never felt rushed. Highly recommend this location.
I was anxious about the possibility of getting hearing aids. John Harper, the Hearing Aid Specialist & his receptionist are exceptional, very professional & personable. They shared their knowledge & explained everything so that I was comfortable with the entire process. Now that I have hearing aids,which are barely noticeable I'm able to understand the dialog on the TV & when conversing with people. Thank you John, his receptionist (who is really the boss,lol) & HearUSA!
