Dan is highly professional and also a nice guy! It was easy to get an appointment and I appreciated that he was on schedule, so no waiting. He clearly explained how to use and maintain my hearing aids. Convenient location with lots of parking. I recommend!

Dan and all the staff in Ann Arbor are the friendliest, most competent medical providers I have encountered in years. I got great hearing aids, and they are always ready to accommodate me promptly whenever the need arises. I couldn't be happier.

Daniel in the Ann Arbor office is a very patient, professional & above all kind audiologist. He & the entire Ann Arbor office are very adept & quick to fit me in when I have had hearing aid snafus, important to those of us who depend on the hearing aids, even if minor in the scheme of life.

I got an appointment in just a few days. My hearing was tested, the aids adjusted, instructions on how to care for them, insert them and instructed on what to expect with my new hearing. I walked out an hour later with my new aids in my ears. Two weeks later I had a followup appointment. I attempted to go through the hospital. I had to wait 3 weeks just to get an appointment just for the hearing test. I wear my aids from the time I wake up until I go to bed and just love them. I could not be happier.
