I needed my hearing aids cleaned. I walked into the Ann Arbor office and asked if they could do it that day. We were leaving for a two week vacation out of the country. They were so accommodating. They took them right away and cleaned my hearing aids and fixed another issue. I have been extremely pleased with this office the couple of times I’ve been there.
Great place, easy to locate, and awesome staff. I recommend them highly; they do everything they can to make things right. It’s obvious they believe in what they are doing and want to help you be happy with your hearing aids. I am!

Two years ago this place was awesome and helpful. Today I committed a trip there due to an emergency and I am severely deaf so I can not work or communicate without my hearing aids. The office was open but the rude front office staff stated that everyone is out town on vacation and tried to convince me that they are all entitled for time off which I agree but not everyone at the same time. I stopped in because I was having difficulty adjusting the volume when my calls were directed right to my hearing aids. Daniel helped me right away and showed me what to do. It was great to get a short appointment the same day.
