I was able to get an appointment sooner than I expected and no waiting in the office. Dan is very professional yet quite welcoming. His expertise is obvious. He took a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the adjustments he made.

HearUSA and their staff at the Eisenhower location in Ann Arbor have been super helpful and responsive to me and my clients wants and needs. Most issues have been solved the same day with a quick trip to office. I'm grateful to them. Thank you

I showed up on time at 12:30 pm for a 12:30 appointment. I was the only customer there. After waiting about five minutes, Dan, the audiologist came out, spoke, and walked out the front door saying he was going to finish his lunch period and would be back in a little while, and left the building with no apologies whatsoever! He returned about 10-15 minutes later, went back to his office, and called me in a couple minutes later. Again, no apologies at all! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
