My visit with HearUSA are always simply amazing. They make you feel so welcome and if you’re having a bad day by the time you get through your appointment you will have forgotten anything that was bothering you. Because they greet you with such great customer service. They are superb in my book.
The technician was very knowledgeable about my Signa hearing aides. I just purchased an iPhone 17 pro max and she had to reprogram my hearing aids so that when I receive a phone call it answers thru my hearing aids saving me the additional step of clicking on speaker after I answer the phone. It was not like that until I received the new phone.
Nothing but good things to say about the North Fort Myers location! I tried over-the-counter hearing devices, which were terrible, and did more harm than good. I finally broke down and went to a professional! Renee evaluated my specific needs and set me up with a pair of Signia aids that have been life-changing for me! Highly recommend!
