As always my experience at USA Hearing was great, the audiologist Janine, is very knowledgeable about hearing aids, and does a complete hearing exam, she also does not try to encourage you to upgrade your hearing aid when not necessary.
Friendly,efficient staff, that greets you with a smile. Easy to make appointments A staff member usually answers the phone,if not the call back follows very quickly. I have been a patient for many years and have never had a negative experience.
My appointment as always excellent, the audiologist Janine, is very patient and pleasant and efficient. Even though my hearing aids are getting old, she doesn’t pressure you to buy now, but when you’re ready, which I appreciate.
