Janine Palmeri (Audiologist) was very attentive and helpful! She answered all my questions in terms I could understand, and was very easy to communicate with. I left the office with a great pair of hearing aids!
Jeane at Hear USA is the best audiolgist in Sarasota. She Single handily run thier South Tamiami location. Jeane provides excellent customer service. Explain as she makes adjustments. Great communication skills. I would highly recommend Jeane at Hear USA for all your hearing needs. Hear USA needs to replace receptionist while she gone to take pressure off Audiolgist at this location.
My mother had a good experience with Janine, the Audiologist. This appointment was her second visit here. Janine was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and moved through the process in a timely manner. I would recommend her services. My reason for four stars is the air quality in the South Tamiami Trail office location. Our family has been through high level toxic mold issues in our homes. This clinic has been wonderful to work with on all levels! Dr. Janine and Cara at the front desk have been very helpful on all levels as well as very caring! I definitely would recommend them to friends and family! They went out of their way to still see me even though I arrived today very late for my appointment since the highway had been shut down. I appreciate them!
This is my third audiologist visit and this time I am beyond pleased! I bought two pairs of hearing aids and neither were ever properly fitted. The first audiologist retired and the second was transferred. I literally had to stop wearing my hearing aids. This visit I knew right away the audiologist knew what she was doing. She fixed one that I’m now wearing and love and she sent the other pair off to be fixed. Thank you, Hear USA, south Sarasota, FL.
