I did not want hearing sids but my daughter forced me to see the audiologist. To my surprise I needed them. She was so kind and let me try the ones she ordered for me and it blew me away. Don’t fight it. It’s the best thing to happen to me. I was such a nay sayer but not now. The aids are so tiny you cannot see them.That is a plus. Thank you Hear a job well done and appreciated. This clinic has been wonderful to work with on all levels! Dr. Janine and Cara at the front desk have been very helpful on all levels as well as very caring! I definitely would recommend them to friends and family! They went out of their way to still see me even though I arrived today very late for my appointment since the highway had been shut down. I appreciate them!
This is my third audiologist visit and this time I am beyond pleased! I bought two pairs of hearing aids and neither were ever properly fitted. The first audiologist retired and the second was transferred. I literally had to stop wearing my hearing aids. This visit I knew right away the audiologist knew what she was doing. She fixed one that I’m now wearing and love and she sent the other pair off to be fixed. Thank you, Hear USA, south Sarasota, FL.
As always my experience at USA Hearing was great, the audiologist Janine, is very knowledgeable about hearing aids, and does a complete hearing exam, she also does not try to encourage you to upgrade your hearing aid when not necessary.
Janine is so easy to work with. This is my third pair of aids and we are getting really good at fine tuning.
