This is my third audiologist visit and this time I am beyond pleased! I bought two pairs of hearing aids and neither were ever properly fitted. The first audiologist retired and the second was transferred. I literally had to stop wearing my hearing aids. This visit I knew right away the audiologist knew what she was doing. She fixed one that I’m now wearing and love and she sent the other pair off to be fixed. Thank you, Hear USA, south Sarasota, FL.
Fantastic professional and personable friendly service. I was having trouble pairing my hearing aids with my iPhone and had tried everything. The technician connected it in just a few minutes. She was fantastic and knew just what to do.
As always my experience at USA Hearing was great, the audiologist Janine, is very knowledgeable about hearing aids, and does a complete hearing exam, she also does not try to encourage you to upgrade your hearing aid when not necessary.
Janine and the staff at this location are truly amazing! So knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
The front desk person was very helpful and addressed all of my needs. One of my rechargeable Signia hearing aids needed a battery replacement and she arranged the entire process
