I had a little concerned that I might be losing my hearing and I went in here and absolutely wonderful staff doctor. Thank goodness. I am not losing my hearing, but he was. Patient tested my ears, and the day that I do if I ever need a hearing aid. This is where I’ll be going.
My experience with HearUSA was excellent. Initially when I was learning to insert and clean my hearing aid the Doctor and his assistants were very patient and helpful. They listened to my questions and provided useful information. All were polite and respectful and wait time in the office was negligible. I would have no hesitation in recommending HearUSA.

Very impressed thus far. Daniel is great and attentive at wanting to make certain all is working well. He was confident that I will be happy as I get more comfortable with the hearing aids
Although my actual hearing experience was maybe 10-15% better than my Jabra hearing aids the lack of functionality was problematic. With the Jabra I only need to press a button on the hearing aid. With the Horizon. I needed to use my phone. In a group setting people assumed I was just being rude playing with my phone. Even my wife who knew what I was doing asked me to put my phone away.
