Dan Troast (hearing aid specialist) at the Winter Garden Hear USA store was exceptional in helping me not only get what I needed to help me with hearing devices, but once I received them he was extremely thorough and professional in explaining the correct way to use and maintain them. Disappointing customer service. My wife waited for several weeks to get an appointment that they set for Friday at 4:30. We were both surprised by the late timing. After we called while driving to say we would be five minutes late, we were told not to come in since they would not have enough time. Really? Why then would you set it so late. Why not give a 4?:00 PM arrival time? They reset the appointment for two more weeks out and I iwl update my review based on the outcome of that meeting.
Dr Troast is great. My appointment was right on time and I was in and out quickly. He took great care of me and my hearing. Thanks!
I had a little concerned that I might be losing my hearing and I went in here and absolutely wonderful staff doctor. Thank goodness. I am not losing my hearing, but he was. Patient tested my ears, and the day that I do if I ever need a hearing aid. This is where I’ll be going.
