Dr. Troast is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. His staff is friendly and helpful.
Let me start off by saying I really like Dr Troast and he very easy going and helpful regarding my hearing. The problem I've been having is contacting their office. I get redirected to the center which I understand takes the excess calls so the office isn't constantly tied up on the phone. That is good in concept, but in practice it isn't working that well. Very professional got there 5 minutes early took me right in and spent time going over my issue reset my hearing aids check and cleaned my equipment check my ears. I am 95 years old I have 3 business I have to keep up with. I wish all my employees were as professional as Dr. Troast. Leonard Argentine
