HearUSA is the best! Not only the great and awesome service they provided, but also the time and care the Doctor gave me! Left there with a piece of mind and better hearing.
Once I have my appointment the problem had disappeared. However I was told better to come and have them check out to make sure all is okay. After fully checking them out and finding them to be just fine we both smiled and I was on my way.
Let me start off by saying I really like Dr Troast and he very easy going and helpful regarding my hearing. The problem I've been having is contacting their office. I get redirected to the center which I understand takes the excess calls so the office isn't constantly tied up on the phone. That is good in concept, but in practice it isn't working that well. Dan Troast is the best audiologist that I have ever been a patient of and I have known a lot of them over my almost 20 years of wearing hearing aids.
He’s so caring. He fixed my hearing aids and even made them cute😀 from now on I’m only going here. Highly recommend him. Thank you
