My wife and I went to Hear USA for a hearing test. As always Dr. Troast was very personable and communicative and is extremely knowledgeable of the human audiology. Took as much time as we wanted answering any and all our questions about our hearing and what in our daily lives impacts our hearing performance.
My experience with HearUSA was excellent. Initially when I was learning to insert and clean my hearing aid the Doctor and his assistants were very patient and helpful. They listened to my questions and provided useful information. All were polite and respectful and wait time in the office was negligible. I would have no hesitation in recommending HearUSA.
Why do we wait so long to get hearing aids.? I love mine. Appointments are always on time and yet they take the time needed to answer all my questions. They are very thorough even after 2 years.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Morgan even though she was already busy with another client. She was very pleasant and efficient helping the other person and me. Upon completing the information form there was a very short wait until the doctor greeted me. He was very pleasant and prepared. 1 month follow-up, excellent session. I had some unique situations with the new hearing aids, asked questions, got answers. It’s so nice to be able to hear conversations again.
