My experience with HearUsa has been phenomenal for the past two and half years. The front desk Mellisa has gone beyond her duty to help me maintain and keep my hearing aid working without any charge to me. The doctor is exceptional as well. He cleaned the wax in my ear and explained my future options to maintain good hearing. I recommend this office highly.
Such an easy issue to take care of. This office is so personable and ready to help. Once you get the earring aides you need the follow up are even better. Again, they want to help and make sure you have what you need like they did for me.
Doctor Troast and staff are really wonderful. Been seeing the doctor for about 5 years now for my hearing aids. He goes above and beyond.
Once I have my appointment the problem had disappeared. However I was told better to come and have them check out to make sure all is okay. After fully checking them out and finding them to be just fine we both smiled and I was on my way.
HearUSA is the best! Not only the great and awesome service they provided, but also the time and care the Doctor gave me! Left there with a piece of mind and better hearing.
