JOE KUNDROT is a true professional in his field. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient. My first visit due to hearing loss (76 yrs old) and I was most impressed with the very thorough testing and guidance given by Joe. He recommended the hearing aids for me and I purchased them the same day. Looking forward to my follow up visit to fine tune the hearing aids. Never realized how much I was missing without the hearing aids!

I stopped in while on vacation in the area to get a couple of domes. The Receptionist was very welcoming and Joe put new domes on and cleaned them up good. While this is not the name of my home hearing center, they treated me as if I had purchased from them. Thank you to HearUSA and your team for taking care of my hearing aid needs while away from home.
