I want to thank Hear USA and Kathleen so much for taking good care of my 86 year old mom. Kathleen was very sweet and patient with my mother. She made sure my mother understood the percentage of hear loss she had and explain to her how to use the hearing aids. Kathleen was pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her and Hear USA.

I needed two ear molds made for a Bose aviation headset. Bose had very specific instructions on the material to use and which parts of the ear needed to be molded. Kathleen made the molds and I fedex'd them immediately as I needed the ear fittings as soon as possible. When the vender received the molds, they send an email stating that they were the wrong material and the molds very completely unusable as they were wrinkled and she did not follow the instructions, missing crucial parts of the ear.
