Dr. Schug was awesome. He did a comprehensive evaluation and testing of my hearing. He also recalibrated my hearing aids to better than new. He took his time with me and explained all options available to me. All in all a great consultation. I highly recommend him and his office.
Amy at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable. Especially when I told her I may have a hard time filling out the pre registration due to some pre-stage Parkinson's she then offered to assist me if I Needed. Then Kristen continued on with the great experience by testing my hearing and then recommending what I needed along with showing me several different samples to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone that's having difficulty hearing.
The experience was excellent! Jessica was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to understand. If you’re considering the benifits of hearing aids I highly recommend Jessica !
