Amy at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable. Especially when I told her I may have a hard time filling out the pre registration due to some pre-stage Parkinson's she then offered to assist me if I Needed. Then Kristen continued on with the great experience by testing my hearing and then recommending what I needed along with showing me several different samples to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone that's having difficulty hearing.

Dr. Schug was awesome. He did a comprehensive evaluation and testing of my hearing. He also recalibrated my hearing aids to better than new. He took his time with me and explained all options available to me. All in all a great consultation. I highly recommend him and his office.

This is really a wonderful hearing doctor office. I actually just went in to get a special cleaning done in my ears that I thought would need done. The doctor looked at my ears and let me know that I actually did not need an air cleaning. No charge. And both the doctor and front desk gal are really nice people.
