The hassle free delivery and step by step instructions, made for an easy process. The zoom apt. with the audiologist went very smooth. She was very knowledgeable, walking me through the steps. Since then the follow up tips and questions have been helpful. Highly recommend!
The process of trying to find me a new hearing aid for me was pleasant, easy to understand and efficient. Unfortunately they didn’t work as well as my current aids , so I requested a refund and sent them back , this step worked as you assured me to . Sorry it didn’t work

I was greeted cheerfully. The audiologist was very thorough, explained in detail and she took the time to answer all my questions. She was very kind. The staff were punctual, and I never felt rushed. Upon making the appointment, I was called a few days later to see if I had any questions and to share with me the directions. I had a wonderful experience.
