I’ve been going to the Bay City office for several years. Judy Adams is wonderful and the receptionist are very nice. Got my hearing aids quickly and they work wonderfully.

I was greeted cheerfully. The audiologist was very thorough, explained in detail and she took the time to answer all my questions. She was very kind. The staff were punctual, and I never felt rushed. Upon making the appointment, I was called a few days later to see if I had any questions and to share with me the directions. I had a wonderful experience.
