I chose this company because of their reputation for having the best hearing aids. Their hearing aids are amazing, and I’m glad I bought them. I went to their Alpharetta store for testing, and Maureen Connon tested me and gave me the hearing aids, and she couldn’t have been better or more helpful with the whole process. I’m still getting used to the hearing aids, but they’re really incredible! I would definitely go with this company again.
Excellent!! Maureen took her time with me. Explained everything in detail. I hardly had to ask any questions. She was very compassionate and understood me, especially because I have tinnitus. I highly recommend!! Vicki upfront was excellent too!
The office in Alpharetta GA was closed due to lack of Audiologists but I called the Roswell office and they gave me an appointment right away and managed my issue with my hearing aids. Ms. Cannon was very helpful and with great customer service!
HearUSA has been great to work with. I have a profound hearing loss in one ear and getting the correct hearing aid and adjustment is tough. I'm thankful for the kind and patient audiologist working with me.
