I brought my mom in for an adjustment and to discuss some issues she was having. The audiologist was super helpful and answered all our questions. My mom is doing well with her hearing aids and we both are grateful for Hear USA.
The staff was attentive and professional. However when I went for my hearing evaluation, the facility had no air conditioning on a very hot humid day. Worse yet I found out the facility was without a/c for almost two weeks. This is a disgrace!
The staff is wonderful. They keep you updated on active orders and are always happy to help. I received my replacement hearing aids and they are fantastic. I highly recommend Hear USA. My Dad hearing aid lost pairing with his iPhone, then one stopped working. Thanks for HearUSA help, they fixed by updating the hearing aid firmware, this was quick and nice fix, my dad is happy now and can use his hearing aids properly as before.
I went to the Carle Place, NY, location. The front desk woman, Kayla, and the woman, Francesca, who helped me were both very sweet and kind. Francesca told me about my hearing aid options, and I understood her perfectly. Was a pleasant visit. Thank you!
