my hearing aid stop working so I called for an appointment, they made my appointment for the very next day, and the young lady at the front desk took all my information and I was in and out in a few minutes with a fixed hearing aid. everyone was very helpful and friendly. so if I have any more problems I will definitely go back to them again.
The Hear.com hearing aids trial run experience was worth it. All the people involved were great and it gave me insight into what wearing them would be like. I ultimately did not take them because I didn't feel ready for them yet.

I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The place is full of super nice and genuine individuals who seem to care about the people that need their services. I give this place 10 stars if I could and I would say this staff is among the best I’ve ever dealt with while taking care of my mother.
