Dr. Jaron Thomas went above and beyond to make sure my 85 year old mother got the high quality hearing aids she needed. The insurance company made his office and myself jump through so many hoops. It was only because of his patience and follow through that we were able to get her fitted and costs overwhelmingly covered in the end. And this is to say nothing of the thoroughness, expertise, and amazing care he shared in our visit. We are both so very grateful to you and your office. Thank you.

Great experience. They answered all my questions and explained what we were doing as I went. Only feedback would be to digitize your intake forms but based on your average clientele, I understand why you may not have done so.

I would rate it even higher if it were possible. The receptionist is always friendly and upbeat. The audiologist knew exactly how to fix my hearing aid problem and I was out in a matter of a few minutes. A+ customer care from making my appointment to the time I left.
