Dr. Jaron Thomas went above and beyond to make sure my 85 year old mother got the high quality hearing aids she needed. The insurance company made his office and myself jump through so many hoops. It was only because of his patience and follow through that we were able to get her fitted and costs overwhelmingly covered in the end. And this is to say nothing of the thoroughness, expertise, and amazing care he shared in our visit. We are both so very grateful to you and your office. Thank you.
I think the audiologist is great. But, I had left a hearing aid to be repaired and even though I was told that I would hear back by the end of the day, I did not. I had to follow up myself 2 days later.
The visit was fast, efficient and the staff was professional, pleasant and took the time to ensure you understood option, cost, and timeline as to when the hearing aids will be ready.
Great experience. They answered all my questions and explained what we were doing as I went. Only feedback would be to digitize your intake forms but based on your average clientele, I understand why you may not have done so.
I am very satisfied with employee at a counter . Doctor is professional, kind, polite. It was a pleasant visit! Thank you so much!
