Absolutely the worse customer service i have seen in years!!! I waited an hour with an appointment + the tecnicisn never talked to me! She (Ainsley) ys to lazy for my taste. I will hope you don't make my mistake and go somewhere that is interested in helping you!!! Go someplace not staffed with people who do not care about you!
