My mom is 83yrs. old and is very nervous going to the doctor, however the atmosphere at Hear USA is very comfortable for her. The staff is very polite, patient and listens well to any concerns and very helpful. At the end of her visit she leaves happy because whatever is wrong with her hearing aids is resolved.

Excellent service. We got to my appointment 20 minutes early and was taken in within couple of minutes. My hearing aid issue was immediately resolved. Professional friendly and very accommodating!

I had a list a questions about my new hearings aids. Each question was answered completely and I understood what changes were needed. Once that was done, I was able to try different scenarios to experience the “new” change. I really appreciated that. Now, my hearing aids really “fit” me. Thanks so much!

I've been bringing my mom to this office for years and the audiologists and the front desk staff and everyone have been amazing, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very kind, very caring.And extremely compassionate, I highly recommend them

I have been going to HearUSA for 17 years and I am on my third and what I thought was my 4th new pair. I needed the tips cleaned and went in as always and told it would cost me $65 when it was always a courtesy. The product cost is $2 and the time is 5 minutes which they could have given to a loyal customer. I was also going in to make an appointment to get a new pair because of the new technology but now I will be shopping around.
