My mom is 83yrs. old and is very nervous going to the doctor, however the atmosphere at Hear USA is very comfortable for her. The staff is very polite, patient and listens well to any concerns and very helpful. At the end of her visit she leaves happy because whatever is wrong with her hearing aids is resolved.
The audiogists are excellent! They know and understand the product lines and are very good working with elderly customers. I wish they had more hours because appointments fill up fast. Already planning on using for next set of hearing aids.
Going to HearUSA in Edison is always a pleasant experience, where Maryna Mykhalova excels with her audiology experience and caring customer service skills. That, and the office's short waits, prompt appointments and her helpful staff, deserve a highly recommended mention!
Excellent service. We got to my appointment 20 minutes early and was taken in within couple of minutes. My hearing aid issue was immediately resolved. Professional friendly and very accommodating!
The lady at the front desk is not a happy person. I have been in the office 4 different times and it is the same. The tech that helped me treated me like she was doing me a favor and was frustrated because of it. If it wasn’t for the main person there who is from Ukraine, I would not go to this office, even though I bought my hearing aids from Hear USA.
