Having been coming her for over 5 years I am high satisfied with services received! Judith is an excellent office manager! The audiologist, Marina, is just wonderful! She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was able to help me order a new pair of hearing aides at my last visit. She's the best!!!
I had a list a questions about my new hearings aids. Each question was answered completely and I understood what changes were needed. Once that was done, I was able to try different scenarios to experience the “new” change. I really appreciated that. Now, my hearing aids really “fit” me. Thanks so much!

I have been going to HearUSA for 17 years and I am on my third and what I thought was my 4th new pair. I needed the tips cleaned and went in as always and told it would cost me $65 when it was always a courtesy. The product cost is $2 and the time is 5 minutes which they could have given to a loyal customer. I was also going in to make an appointment to get a new pair because of the new technology but now I will be shopping around.
