I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 20 years. The hearing specialist did a thorough hearing examination. Dr Brian explained my test results; explained where my hearing is deficient; exhibited an understanding of my request to have battery operated, iPhone controlled hearing aids; demonstrated how to put in and how to take care of them. At my 3 week exam, he adjusted the settings and examined my hearing aids. The receptionist also is friendly and informative. I am recommending to my friends.

HearUSA in Vero Beach, Brian was very helpful , and kind to my 101 year old Mother. He took the time to listen to her needs, he adjusted her hearing aids, removed wax from her one ear which helped her very much, as well as suggested we go back to CareSpot Urgent Care which he sent us to 8 months they were amazing also did an excellent job cleaning wax out of Mom's ears.
Ann Marie was very polite and helpful. She cleaned and replaced the tips of my hearing aids quickly and efficiently. She smiled when she spoke to me.
Outstanding staff, welcoming. Audiologist exceptional. Patient and great at explaining. So patient and kind with my elderly mother.
