I have been with Hear USA for a long time. I recently retired and by doing this I visited a store closer to my home. The staff at my new location in Heath, Ohio are fantastic. My new aids are great and I just completed my 6 month follow up. I am really happy to have such great support and service much closer to home. Hear USA all the way

They employees are great there. I got stuck there by a transport service which was supposed to get me at 2. The receptionists went out of her way to help me find out where they were and when pu would happen. Last I heard they would try to be there at 330. The people there were so very helpful.

Was very pleased with my visit to HearUSA. The staff was very nice and made me fill welcome. They explained what they were going to do step by step and made me fill comfortable. I would highly recommend HearUSA for all your hearing needs.

I needed some adjustment on my aids. I was in and out on time and quickly. They took good care of me. They work very well at taking care of my needs.

Only got my hearing aids a little over a yr ago, but something was off. They quickly got a free replacement for one of them. Then adjusted the volume on both so I could hear better. What a relief I didn't have to spend $. They assured me new hearing aids should last for a long time.
