One of my hearing aids broke over the weekend and I wanted it repaired as soon as possible. When I called my Audiologist and found out they were no longer in business. I talked to my health insurance group and they put me in touch with HearUSA, I was able to set up an appointment the very next day. My visit was excellent, they were able to fix my hearing aid and had me on my way. The drive was a little further than I wanted but it was worth it. Fred

I have been with Hear USA for a long time. I recently retired and by doing this I visited a store closer to my home. The staff at my new location in Heath, Ohio are fantastic. My new aids are great and I just completed my 6 month follow up. I am really happy to have such great support and service much closer to home. Hear USA all the way

They employees are great there. I got stuck there by a transport service which was supposed to get me at 2. The receptionists went out of her way to help me find out where they were and when pu would happen. Last I heard they would try to be there at 330. The people there were so very helpful.

I used to think this place was amazing. However recently trying to get in contact with them about some information I am needing to give my college about my hearing loss. I have not received a call back and still struggling.

Was very pleased with my visit to HearUSA. The staff was very nice and made me fill welcome. They explained what they were going to do step by step and made me fill comfortable. I would highly recommend HearUSA for all your hearing needs.
