Kaya Freeman was very helpful in adjusting my hearing aid components and explaining the use, care & maintenance of the hearing aids. They hearing aids were dispensed by another provider a little over a year ago who did not provide accurate or useful information. I am glad I was able to change to Kaya. I highly recommend her! She is thoughtful & client focused.
I came into the HearUSA office for a hearing test and customization of a prescription hearing aid. I received a thorough hearing test with complete documentation. The audiologist discussed the result and offered a surprising, and very helpful consultation about what my best choices were going forward. I recommend them and would not hesitate to reach out to them again.
Very easy to get my appointment, very professional audiologist who asked good questions, guided me through my hearing test and helped me choose the correct hearing aid for my particular needs. All around excellent experience.
Location is nice, easy to get to on a bus or nice walk from the Holliday Park MAX stop. Staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Building looks odd on ground level but is actually quite nice inside.
I was particularly impressed with Kaya at the NE Portland location on Broadway. She was professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely go back when I do need a new set of hearing aids.
