Easy going relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, no rush. Clear explanations. Very impressed, the appointment to investigate, and then the delivery/fitting appointment went very smoothly. I expect good results, been wearing them fir 6 hours so far and it’s easy to forget they’re in my ears - except I can actually hear.

I had an excellent visit yesterday. Kaya was very professional and listened very well. She answered all of my questions and adjusted my ear pieces which transformed them to be even better. Thank you very much!

Kaya Freeman was very helpful in adjusting my hearing aid components and explaining the use, care & maintenance of the hearing aids. They hearing aids were dispensed by another provider a little over a year ago who did not provide accurate or useful information. I am glad I was able to change to Kaya. I highly recommend her! She is thoughtful & client focused.

I came into the HearUSA office for a hearing test and customization of a prescription hearing aid. I received a thorough hearing test with complete documentation. The audiologist discussed the result and offered a surprising, and very helpful consultation about what my best choices were going forward. I recommend them and would not hesitate to reach out to them again.

I was accommodated even though I arrived a half hour early. (Not recommending that practice, of course.) All was explained clearly, I was assured of ongoing assistance should I need it, and it was a pleasant and simple process. Five stars.
