They're the best. Take all the trash bags you need and don't rush you. Always manage to set my aids where I need them and show me how to use them. Polite, professional, caring and very knowledgeable.
Kaya was very nice and took care of all our issues, patiently explaining everything to Mom and successfully had her hearing better before we left. We really appreciate her help and will definitely be returning to her office for our needs.
Kaya was amazingly helpful. I used to think hearing aids were too expensive for the value but I get it now. She took the time to fit the hearing aids for my wife and help her adapt to using them. Cheap hearing aids can’t match the value she provided us.
