I came into the HearUSA office for a hearing test and customization of a prescription hearing aid. I received a thorough hearing test with complete documentation. The audiologist discussed the result and offered a surprising, and very helpful consultation about what my best choices were going forward. I recommend them and would not hesitate to reach out to them again.
I've been a Hear USA customer for years starting back in Florida and always got great service down there. Not long after moving up to this area I had problems with both of my hearing aids. Naturally, I looked for a Hear USA location up here, but the closest one to me was this one in Portland, and I'm in Vancouver, so I went to a different place that was a shorter drive for me. My call to Hear USA was great! Got a servicer who was very attentive and detailed. Even got his contact so I wouldn't have an 800# & start over each time. The hearing test went well & those folks were also very attentive. For now I don't need hearing aids but when I do I'll back. Thank you all!
I had been anxious about getting hearing aids due to the negative experiences of my brother and sister. However, the technician at HearUSA was so helpful and encouraging, plus the technology of the hearing aids has been exceptional.
Very professional and through evaluation of hearing loss. Details of the measurements were explained clearly. Absolutely no pressure to purchase a hearing aid, indeed the audiologist suggested that I discuss the measurements with my priimary care physician before making any decision.
