So glad I found Hear USA. Everyone was pleasant and timely. I arrived 30 min early and was seen in 15 min. The front office person was very welcoming and the provider Mr Rafael Ortiz was terrific. He knew what he was doing. He not only solved my issue but explained what was going on. I’m very pleased. As a matter of fact I’ve already given a referral to a friend.
Chelsea is very attentive to my needs as a hearing aid customer. She listens closely to what I am experiencing with my hearing aids and works hard to find the necessary adjustments that will get me the best possible hearing result. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Highly recommend her!
They are always accommodating to my schedule and they have the newest devices on the open market. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. A total thumbs up from me.

Unfortunately I just received a phone call saying they refuse to process my insurance for my hearing aids because it "takes too much man power" and want me to pay full out of pocket and deal with insurance myself. This is what's broken in our healthcare system - these types of practices. Do not recommend
