So glad I found Hear USA. Everyone was pleasant and timely. I arrived 30 min early and was seen in 15 min. The front office person was very welcoming and the provider Mr Rafael Ortiz was terrific. He knew what he was doing. He not only solved my issue but explained what was going on. I’m very pleased. As a matter of fact I’ve already given a referral to a friend.
Chelsea is very attentive to my needs as a hearing aid customer. She listens closely to what I am experiencing with my hearing aids and works hard to find the necessary adjustments that will get me the best possible hearing result. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Highly recommend her!
HearUSA is the greatest. Dr Kilgore is very thorough and she always has a solution! The office staff was very eager to work directly with my insurance carrier. I highly recommend them!!!
