Stephanie Sun the audiologist is amazing! I was not happy about needing hearing aids at 61 but she made the process painless and got me excited about it! Who knew hearing aids could do such cool stuff. I cannot say enough positive things about the pleasant experience I had at Southern Medical Hearing
I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Miller and her staff from the first phone call. Dr. Miller took her time to explain what the tests were and what they were measuring. I now understand why I have a ringing in my ears and just that knowledge is helpful. I'm setting up an appointment for my husband next!
Recently, I received a direct mail piece from Southern Medical Hearing Centers. Having hearing problems I thought I would take a shot at getting my hearing tested and discuss hearing aids. I met Dr Stephany Sun and she conducted a VERY thorough test of my hearing, using the most incredible technology I have ever seen. I have worn hearing aids for about 20 years but I recently had the most thorough evaluation ever. Elizabeth Mallcott, the audiologist at Southern Medical, was knowledgeable and explained my hearing loss to me in a way that I could understand. She asked lots of questions to learn about my lifestyle so that she could fit me in the hearing aids that were best for me. She also let me try the hearing aids for 30 days! A great experience!
They wanted $1,500 to bring me in as a client by adopting my hearing aids. No other reason except that fee is to be added to their client list. If that's what they charge for just walking in the door imagine what they charge once you get some hearing aids. No thank you!
