Experience was fantastic. He gave attention to making sure I knew how to use my hearing aids and the recharger. Downloaded app, hooked up hearing aids to it and explained how to use the app. Checked how I put in my hearing aids in and the right kind of ear buds to use for my type of ear shape. Was just so pleased with the service given.
Both my husband and I have been seeing Justin Braver at Hear USA in Delmont, Pennsylvania for many years. He has our complete confidence and his office is easy to work with. We can’t imagine not depending on him for all our hearing aid needs. In addition, we’re just always happy to see him!
HearUSA in Delmont is highly recommended. Justin was easy to work with. The Signia hearing aids are state of the art. Functionally, I really liked them. However, I could not get a comfortable fit. The wire from the receiver to the ear canal seemed too short. It looped over top my ear instead of in front. I looked at the in canal hearing aids from HearUSA, but the price was significantly higher than another provider in the area.
Justine was able to fix the problem, bad speaker , and clean the hearing aides in his office. When I left I felt like I had a new pair. Thanks.
I was in for an adjustment of my new hearing aids. Justin always works hard to give me the best experience with them. He also showed me a number of things that will help me access more features on my own. Hearing loss is frustrating. With the latest hearing aids and expert care, I can be comfortable in almost every surrounding.
