I was in for an adjustment of my new hearing aids. Justin always works hard to give me the best experience with them. He also showed me a number of things that will help me access more features on my own. Hearing loss is frustrating. With the latest hearing aids and expert care, I can be comfortable in almost every surrounding.
A most pleasant experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. You leave with a thorough understanding of your hearing aids and how to use the app. Would highly recommend. My last aids came from Costco and they were fine,these seem better, much more comfortable. More maintenance than Costco. TruHearing seems to be a more thorough and knowledgeable operation. Much easier to ask questions or get info over the phone. With my insurance TruHearings pricing was good
I’ve been a customer of Hear USA for over 3 years. My Stylleto hearing aids are awesome. Any adjustments needed are done there. Justin is very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure my hearing needs are met.
I highly recommend HearUSA in Delmont PA. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales. Secretary Beth was very helpful, even calling me to give directions to make sure I found their office.
My visit was phenomenal. They spoke loud enough that I could hear. Explained things, so I could understand. Very knowledgeable. Justine fixed my bent disconnect hearing aide wire on the spot! Professional atmosphere, yet inviting and comfortable. No wait service. No distractions. Quality service and good value for money.
