Quite an experience for an individual who had a hearing problem. I became aware of the severity of my hearing loss as the testing progressed and the results were explained. The whole process, was provided by an experienced individual who was thorough and competent.
This was another positive experience. No problem going back to my Widex hearing aids. I'll get them in a week. Very nice people who take care of your needs.
Experience was fantastic. He gave attention to making sure I knew how to use my hearing aids and the recharger. Downloaded app, hooked up hearing aids to it and explained how to use the app. Checked how I put in my hearing aids in and the right kind of ear buds to use for my type of ear shape. Was just so pleased with the service given.
