I found Tyler and Sheila very professional and accommodating. I am never kept waiting. Sheila is very good about appointment reminders. I got my new hearing aids yesterday and Tyler made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. I was told I can just drop in for a cleaning without an appointment. That is very important to me. Tyler Leister is a very kind and patient professional, and has assisted my husband with his selection of hearing aids. He explains hearing aid options thoroughly and makes recommendations based upon my husband’s needs and abilities. During our last visit, he patiently taught us how to use our iphone to adjust his hearing aids. We both have appreciated Tyler’s knowledge and assistance.
My visit at Hear USA was extremely pleasant. The front desk (Shirley) was very pleasant and accommodating, which in my experience is rare. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and Tyler was very friendly and more than willing to explain everything in terms you could understand. Very nice visit and I will definitely go back when it’s time for my next visit!
Beyond happy with this company. We are from Chicago. My daughters hearing aid was chewed up by my dog. We went to 3 other places and no one could help not wanted to help. Well the owner went above and beyond and was able to temporarily fix it. “Wiring,tube and receiver”. I’m so thankful. I was in and out quick. And it was also cost effective. The owner and lady at the front was great to work with. I won’t forget this. You are good people ! Good things come back around ! Thanks again.
