Getting signed in as a new client was very easy and accommodating. Tyler was fantastic, right on time, and very professional. He immediately made me feel comfortable, taking time to fully explain, and showed me everything in as much detail as I required; we even shared a few laughs. Sheila at the front desk was professional and made making appointments easy. Tyler was open and friendly, and answered all questions with patience. It turned out that my hearing loss was relatively mild, and he offered the option of returning them after about two months with a full refund, which I subsequently did. Turns out that I just didn't need them yet, and he told me to come back whenever I feel the need. Very positive experience.

I found Tyler and Sheila very professional and accommodating. I am never kept waiting. Sheila is very good about appointment reminders. I got my new hearing aids yesterday and Tyler made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. I was told I can just drop in for a cleaning without an appointment. That is very important to me. Where I had gotten my previous hearing aids had a set time on certain days for cleaning. Hear USA, Tyler and his assistant Sheila Provide excellent ongoing service for my hearing aids. I took them in to have them cleaned and Sheila got this accomplished in just a few minutes. Tyler and Sheila are always so delightful to work with. We recommend them highly!
