My visit at Hear USA was extremely pleasant. The front desk (Shirley) was very pleasant and accommodating, which in my experience is rare. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and Tyler was very friendly and more than willing to explain everything in terms you could understand. Very nice visit and I will definitely go back when it’s time for my next visit!
Beyond happy with this company. We are from Chicago. My daughters hearing aid was chewed up by my dog. We went to 3 other places and no one could help not wanted to help. Well the owner went above and beyond and was able to temporarily fix it. “Wiring,tube and receiver”. I’m so thankful. I was in and out quick. And it was also cost effective. The owner and lady at the front was great to work with. I won’t forget this. You are good people ! Good things come back around ! Thanks again.
Everyone in the office is super. The gals in the front office are always very helpful. Always a smile on their face and their voice. Tyler is always so patient, He takes whatever time is necessary to answer any questions I may have. They are all great
Upon my final fitting I arrived little early. Thr individual said you don't have an appointment. I thought maybe I got the wrong date and asked when my appointment was? She took a moment and said you don't have one. I said no on April 24 I stood here with my husband and Tyler and scheduled this last appointment. Let me begin to say the doctors office and the doctor Was superb!! It is the company Hear USA that I am complaining about !!!I contacted Hear USA to see if I could have an appointment outside of the state that I live in. And they said yes, you can go to any Hear USA that is associated with them. I booked an appointment went to see the doctor was gonna buy hearing aids and I had no Benefits in that office.
