Getting signed in as a new client was very easy and accommodating. Tyler was fantastic, right on time, and very professional. He immediately made me feel comfortable, taking time to fully explain, and showed me everything in as much detail as I required; we even shared a few laughs. Sheila at the front desk was professional and made making appointments easy. Tyler was open and friendly, and answered all questions with patience. It turned out that my hearing loss was relatively mild, and he offered the option of returning them after about two months with a full refund, which I subsequently did. Turns out that I just didn't need them yet, and he told me to come back whenever I feel the need. Very positive experience.
Tyler and Sheila have been a joy to work with. As a newcomer to this, each is knowledgeable, patient and kind. In addition to all of those things, Tyler is always willing to take any time necessary to explain each process and, also, answer any question.
The staff, specifically Tyler, were wonderful. They want the best for you as a patient and want you to be successful with your hearing long term. Grateful for their feedback and time.
Great experience with Hear USA! Highly recommend them to anyone. Doctor was amazing and friendly! Can’t remember his fur baby name, but he was the best part of the visit 😊
