It was a wonderful experience! The staff and Audiologist Dianna Randolph were professional and so helpful. Dianna was personal and explained all that was done, what the test showed and why I needed hearing aides. Thank you.

Dianna Randolph is my audiologist. She is always quick and thorough and knows just what to do to solve any issue with my hearing aides. When I first met with her and described my hearing loss, she suggested that it might be a Workmans Comp case. Sure enough it was, it took over a year but WC totally covered the cost. I went back to Dianna and my hearing aides have changed my life. Jamele in the office is super friendly too.
