My Experience Was Good With The Lady I Was With. She Wanted Me 2 Take The Hearing Test Done And I Gave Her The 1 That I Had Done At Promedica And She Seen It Was Only 4 Months Ago So She Just Went Ahead With The Fitting Of My New 1's And I Am Scheduled 2 Go Back In 2 Weeks 2 Make Sure That They Fit And Stuff. I Am Sorry That I Didn't Get Back 2 U Sooner But I Have Had Appt After Appt And Then My Son Called And Said That U Left A Message With Him So I Am Doing This Now B4 My Next Appt Thanx.....
Felt sorry for the lady who helped me (she was great) as she had to handle a loud and apparently irritated customer while I was waiting. She took care of my issue in about 10 minutes. The repair she made works well.
Great individuals, very professional service, Auditory function exam performed. Tried specific brand of Hearing appliance That was suggested for seven days , unfortunately, they didn’t carry the brand that I was looking for. Would go back to them again and use Hear USA as a provider if they carried the specific brand of hearing appliance that I was looking for.
Experience was very good and Dr. Shelly Horvath was very thorough and proficient in the sale of my hearing aids. Experience was what I would expect from an Audiologist and I will be following up with my purchase.
Shelly my audiologist is the best! She takes time to explain my exam. And works to help me hear my best. I appreciate HearUSA having such wonderful audiologist available.
