I cannot say enough about my experience with Hear USA. Shelly in particular has been amazing. I am a new hearing aid wearer, and she has worked with me nonstop to get the exact right hearing aid, earpieces, sound quality, you name it she doesn't give up! Even when I have a small issue, she is right on it to fix the problem. She is clearly very passionate about her job and truly wants you to have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this location; I haven't had one issue since starting with them.
Shelly Horvath has been my audiologist for 20 plus years. She is awesome!!!!!! She is also a tinnitus expert and has helped me through rough times when the tinnitus spiked. The Widex hearing aids she has fitted me with are awesome I have called Shelly for advice during the day when the tinnitus was giving me a rough time and she always gets back to me …….sometimes as late as 7 in the evening after working all day. Detailed testing and spent the time to adjust my hearing aids according to my needs. Also went over the functions and operation of the different modes. Could not have asked for anything more.
I had a great learning experience at this office. It was my first visit after seeing the same audiologist for about 29 years. Learned a few technical details regarding room acoustics and my ability to hear clearly. Received a thorough review of my insurance benefits and recommendations if new devices needed to be purchased.
Dianna Randolph is such a professional audiologist and very thorough when giving a hearing test. She even took time to show me how to make adjustments to my hearing aids using my phone app. I've had these hearing aids for 3 years and am very pleased with their performance.
