We have had such a positive experience here with Dr. Horvat. She was great with my daughter (5). She put everything into terms we could understand and showed so much care in her service. I would recommend this provider for any child who needs a hearing test.

Great follow up service. Shelley did a great job customizing the fit of my new aids to fit my small sized ears. I am very happy I found HearUSA.
They were lifesaver, got my husband in the same day I called and fixed his hearing aid. So thankful, as we are leaving for Florida 2 days later.
Made an appointment to get my hearing aids replaced took 3 weeks to get the appointment constant annoying messages every couple of days to confirm the appointment within 5 minutes of getting there I'm told the hearing aids are going to cost 1,200! Meanwhile I had given them all my insurance information and they said the hearing aids were covered but still put me through waiting for 3 weeks a trip to their office and then a trip home for nothing. I don't recommend them at all
