Shelly is awesome. Enjoy every appointment I have had. She’s the only one I want helping me. I live in Texas but I wait til I come back to Ohio to get anything done on my hearing aids.
I experienced the WOW effect. I run the PowerPoint at my church several times a month and so I am in the back of the sanctuary. I knew my hearing was declining fast in my left ear and I could hardly keep up with the pastor during her sermon.But with my new hearing aids, I was hearing sounds I never was able to hear before. Technology has advanced and the audiologist was fantastic, knowledgeable of the product, very through in her explanations of the process. My whole experience was FANTASTIC!
My right hearing aid stopped working so this office was able to work me in within a couple days. The hearing specialist quickly identified that the small cable on my aid was bad and replaced it free under warranty. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend.
Both the audiologist and the front desk receptionist have always been very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Several times I have stopped by with a question or a problem with my hearing aids, and have found that the front desk receptionist has been able to help me out.
My husband just recently used Hear USA to get his hearing aids. Both the audiologist, Dianna R. and the recptionist were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this business!
