Hear USA in Fairfax, VA did a hearing test on my sister and adjusted her hearing aids to correct her current hearing deficits. My sister came in with extreme hearing problems and left, in less than an hour, able to hear again. She was extremely happy and very grateful for Hear USA’s expertise, professionalism, and speedy resolution of her issues. Would highly recommend this clinic.
I have met an extraordinarily wonderful audiologist (Dr. Allyson Stitch who first took great care of my mother before I as well needed her service) at HearUSA in IL, and was wondering whether the great services would continue now I live in VA. The office visit this morning was quite assuring! Thorough, pleasant, courteous explanation of hearing aid choices, services, support. Unfortunately, after first visit -- office was unresponsive to repeated requests for information, so I went elsewhere to purchase. Revised from five to three stars -- don't understand their poor performance.
My visit today is pretty good . No wait time and the provider, Dona took her time answering my questions and going over about. the next step with me.
Truly terrible customer service. Very poor phone answering. No staff available for weeks at a time
